National Accordion Orchestra of Chile (ONACH) Tour - Serbia, Switzerland, Italyby Harley Jones |

  The orchestra is on tour to Europe!That's right, the National Accordion Orchestra of Chile (Orquesta Nacional de Acordeones de Chile) ONACH, has been invited to represent Chile in Serbia, Switzerland and Italy. Director of ONACH is Joaquin Munoz Donoso, picture left. A group of 16 members will travel with a repertoire of Chilean, folk, popular and contemporary music. We will travel from 09 May to 24 May to Serbia, Switzerland and Italy where we will perform concerts, talks, urban interventions, workshops and demonstrate Chilean Accordion culture. In Serbia, Novi Sad, they will participate in the Eufonija Festival organized by Dragana Kuzmanovic. In Switzerland, Sempach, they will participate in the Accordion Orchestra Meeting organised by Yvonne Glur. In Italy, Castelfidardo, a visit the accordion city is planned just as well as 3 different concerts. |
