 Concert accordionist Jose Valedez performs recitals in several cities and towns in the state of Nuevo León, México. The tour is called ‘Caravana Cultural’, and is organized by Conmarte, Consejo para la Cultura y las Artes de Nuevo León (Council for the Culture and Arts of Nuevo León).
