 On Sunday March 4th, from 12noon until 8pm, a Grand Gala dedicated to the memory of the late, great Andre Verchuren takes place at the Salles les Mariniers, Porcieu-Amblagnieu (38), France. Accordionists performing include Jerome Richard, Isabelle Lepinay, Phil Bouvier, Virginie & Cyril Danrey, Dimitri Saussard, and more. The event includes dinner.The event is dedicated to the memory of Andre Verchuren (1920-2013), one of France’s most popular and prolific accordionists, whose career began in the 1930s and continued throughout the rest of his life. Verchuren sold over 70 million albums, and has hugely admired in France and beyond. |
