| On Sunday February 18th accordionist Marta Cubas Hondal will perform in concert the premiere of a new work, ‘Estreno de Atlantia’ for accordion and symphonic orchestra, composed by her teacher Gorka Hermosa. The performance will be with the Youth Symphony Orchestra of Salamanca and the pianist Francisco San Emeterio, conducted by Álvaro Lozano. The program of this concert also includes two pieces by Beethoven. Marta Cubas Hondal is the winner of the First Prize at the XV Intercontros Melómano National Interpretation Competition. She studies piano and accordion at the Jesús de Monasterio Conservatory in the capital of the Cantabria region. For further information email: gorka@gorkahermosa.com |
