Picture left: Andrea Naspi performing.Loyalty to work and economic progress was the basis for the Certificate of Merit being awarded by the Chamber of Commerce of Ancona to the famous accordion manufacturer Pigini s.r.l. team, at a special award ceremony on the 19th November. This production award for regional excellence (of all types of production companies) honored the Pigini seventy-year history of quality accordion production. Also recognized "was the outstanding work with a vision, a talent for innovation and an international outlook" that has sold Pigini accordions to all parts of the world. Francesca Pigini informed that this award is also "made for good ethics and behavior with suppliers, workers and marketing and for special attention to the service and needs of the clients." The company has been "guided through loyalty and perseverance" of the Pigini family - from founder Gino Pigini, the next generation of son Massimo and daughter Francesca and now the 3rd generation of family, grandsons of Gino - Federico Pigini and Andrea Naspi.
