| A concert to Commemorate Örvar Kristjánsson, one of the nation's most beloved accordionists, will be held at The Hall in Kópavogur, Iceland on April 8th, 2022. During his 60-year career, Örvar released 13 albums that were very popular and these concerts are held on a regular basis to commemorate Örvar and his contribution to Icelandic music history. Performers include accordionists Jón Þorsteinn Reynisson and Margrét Arnardóttir who will play some of Örvar's best-known songs. See poster for details. |
