As I received two CD's from the St.Petersburg Musette Ensemble, I could not resist writing about this splendid group one more time. With this CD called "La Plaza De Granada", Musette Ensemble have shown the wide entertainment repertoire they are capable of performing. I personally, am fascinated with the general sound of the ensemble: they sound so incredibly sophisticated !!! Everything they play, they perform with such a refined musical taste. Everything is exactly in it's place: there are no extreme dynamics, no extreme tempos, everything sounds very natural, smooth and logical. Great musicians !!! |
