  Le secrétaire général de la CIA, Kimmo Mattila, annonce que le système d'inscription en ligne de la Coupe Mondiale 2022 est désormais ouvert aux inscriptions à la 75e Coupe Mondiale à partir de la page des règles générales de la compétition 2022 : 2022CM-RulesLe président de l'ICA, Mirco Patarini, invite tous les (45) membres de l'ICA à inscrire des délégués au 148e Congrès international des délégués qui se réunit deux fois à Zofingen, en Suisse. Le président Patarini invite également les concurrents de toutes les nations à bien vouloir déposer leurs inscriptions bien avant la date de clôture afin d'aider les organisateurs de ce qui sera certainement une grande Coupe Mondiale. La 75e Coupe Mondiale se tiendra du 4 au 9 octobre 2022 à Zofingen, en Suisse, organisée par le membre suisse de la CIA accordeon.ch. La présidente Yvonne Glur et le délégué et vice-président de la CIA Ruedi Marty souhaitent la bienvenue à tous à Zofingen avec un ensemble de salles pour les concours et les concerts de grande qualité.  Vidéo: Concert en direct de Marco Lo Russo "Made in Italy" Variations Linguistiques au Théâtre Mutua, Carloforte et Musée Diocésain Arborense, Oristano, Sardaigne, Italie.Marco Lo Russo se produira au 58ème Festival de Musique de Pontino 2022 qui se tiendra dans les Jardins de la Municipalité de Latina, Italie du 2 au 31 juillet 2022 sous l’égide du Campus International de Musique. Le concert aura lieu le 30 juillet à 21h et proposera un programme solo "Made in Italy" de "musique originale, transcriptions et arrangements de musique italienne du classique à la musique du monde, en passant par des morceaux de jazz, des bandes sonores originales et des compositions de Lo Russo lui-même ”.  Le Deutscher Harmonika-Verband e.V (DHV), l'une des plus grandes associations d'accordéon au monde, a un nouveau siège social à Trossingen.Le 19 juin 2022, le nouveau Kompetenzzentrum für Amateurmusik Trossingen (Centre de compétences pour la musique amateur de Trossingen) a été solennellement inauguré après un an et demi de construction. Le nouveau bâtiment (photo laissée par Ralf Pfründer) est un signal fort pour l'éducation culturelle dans les zones rurales et abrite le bureau du DHV, le Bundesmusikverband Chor & Orchester (BMCO) et le Landes-Hackbrett-Bund Baden-Württemberg. Le président du DHV, Jochen Haußmann MdL, se réjouit : « La musique amateur est portée avec passion par de nombreux contributeurs bénévoles. Avec le Kompetenzzentrum für Amateurmusik Trossingen, nous avons fait un pas important vers l'avenir. La notoriété musicale de Trossingen sera encore renforcée et la Confédération Music Association continuera d'avoir son siège dans le Bade-Wurtemberg en tant qu'organisme leader pour la musique amateur en Allemagne, créant ainsi un lieu de référence pour les 14,3 millions de personnes musiciens amateurs.  Le 16 juin 2022, le concert de nuit d'été de l'Orchestre philharmonique de Vienne a eu lieu dans le parc du château de Schönbrunn à Vienne, en Autriche. Environ 65 000 visiteurs ont écouté le concert en plein air, dirigé pour la première fois par Andris Nelson.Leur programme comprenait des œuvres de Ludwig van Beethoven, Mykola Lysenko, Arturs Maskats, Camille Saint-Saëns, Gioacchino Rossini, George Enescu, Bedrich Smetana, Antonin Dvorák et Johann Strauß. Par rapport à la guerre en Ukraine, leur message était « La compréhension internationale par la musique » ! Alfred Melichar (photo de droite), professeur d'accordéon à la Bruckner Privat-University de Linz, a été invité à interpréter le "Tango pour orchestre symphonique" d'Arturs Maskats. |

Les premiers concerts d'Aotango sont un succès - Nouvelle-Zélandeby Harley Jones |
 Vidéo : Muerte del Ángel d'Astor Piazzolla. Ao ", le mot maori qui signifie " monde ", est l'épicentre d'Aotango. Grayson Masefield (photo de gauche) fait partie d'un nouveau groupe appelé Aotango, un quintet passionnant spécialisé dans le tango et la musique du monde. Les membres d'Aotango comprennent Andrew Beer, premier violon de l'orchestre philharmonique d'Auckland (APO), Gordon Hill, bassiste principal de section de l'APO, Somi Kim, pianiste du NZTrio, Sam Swindells, guitariste de jazz, et Grayson Masefield, accordéoniste multichampion du monde. Les premiers concerts d'Aotango, parrainés par l'APO et intitulés "Piazzolla Tangos In Your Neighbourhood", ont eu lieu le 13 juin à l'église de St Heliers : - 13 juin à l'église St Heliers, Auckland - le 14 juin au Titirangi War Memorial Hall, Auckland. ont été un grand succès sous les acclamations et les longs applaudissements du public. |

| The Concertino Accordion Band performed at the 5th "DescOpera" outdoor classical music festival held in Butuceni, Moldova from June 17th to 19th, 2022. Their performance was part of a modern production of the famous opera "Carmen" by Bizet, along with performers Ljubica Vranes (Serbia), Dragoljub Bajic (Serbia), narrator Nicolae Jelescu, the Academic Choral Chapel "Doina" (led by Ilona Stepan), the Children's Choir of the National Opera and Ballet Theatre "Maria Biesu" and the National Philharmonic "Serghei Lunchevici". The event was organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Moldova in partnership with the National Association for Inbound Tourism of Moldova (ANTRIM) and with the support of the Light Industry competitiveness support and tourism activity (MCTA), funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). |

| The 1st Accordion Festival was successfully held at the Bernardim Ribeiro Theatre in Estremoz, Évora, Portugal on June 18th and 19th, 2022. The event, organized by the Municipality of Estremoz, was held in conjunction with the centenary celebrations of the Teatro Bernardim Ribeiro. Performers included the Valencia Accordion Group de Alcántara (Spain), António Charrinho, Carlos Poeiras and Andreia Sofia. |

| The Accordion Society of Australia presented a concert at Box Hill, Victoria, Australia on June 17th in conjunction with The Boite multicultural music organisation. The concert entitled “Tangos to Turkey”, included a “selection of music from Argentinian tango (by Piazzolla) to the melismatic tunes of the Middle East” by Stephen Cutriss (bandoneon) and Amy Lynch (piano). In addition, accordionist Phil Carroll performed a variety of French, Italian, jazz and Balkan music styles, accompanied by drummer and percussionist David Joseph. |

 Accordionist and vocalist George Butrumlis will perform in the Cabaret Theatre production: Robyn Archer: An Australian Songbook at the Bille Brown Theatre - Queensland Theatre in South Brisbane, Australia. The production began on June 25th and will run through to July 9th, 2022.The Australia Arts Review included an article on Robyn Archer who says “Some of the songs I wrote, some I knew, and then I sought some that might reflect certain periods of the 200 years the song list covers.” The trio of George Butrumlis (accordion), Cameron Goodall (guitar and vocals) and Enio Pozzebon (keyboards and vocals) will accompany Robyn Archer during the show. |

| Two Weekend Accordion courses will be held at Halsway Manor in Crowcombe, England from July 1st to 3rd, 2022. The first is a Beginners Weekend Course run by Jane Ward. This course will cover simple technique to ensure the best start to playing the accordion. The weekend will be taught by ear and with music. The second is an Intermediate & Advanced Course with Amy Thatcher, Paul Hutchinson and Murray Grainger (picture top). This course will include a packed programme of workshops offering participants the opportunity to work with all three tutors, honing technique, repertoire and interpretation of folk tunes and accompaniment. | The 56th edition of the2022 Montreux International Jazz Festival will be held at two venues, the Auditorium Stravinski and the Montreux Jazz Lab on the shores of Lake Geneva, in Montreux, Switzerland from July 1st to 16th, 2022, organised by the Fondation du Festival de Jazz de Montreux. Attendees will be “treated to an array of activities, stages and terraces along the waterfront, including the new three-story Lake House”.
