Concours National Accordéon Shanghai printemps 2009 - Chineby Harley Jones |
 Le National Accordion Competition 2009, du 1er Mai au 3eme, a quelque 400 participants de différentes catégories. Dans un changement majeur dans le passé, environ 70% de ces entrées sont pour la categorie entertainment. Cette compétition est la première compétition de entertainment en Chine! Ce concours est également un événement important dans la préparation de la 64ème Coupe Mondiale en 2011 à Shanghai. Professeur Li Cong, Responsable des rapports de la compétition, que «j'ai été a la promotion de plusieurs développement de l'accordéon chinois depuis 2006. À cette époque, il n'y avait presque pas de performance d’entertainment d’ accordéon en Chine. Après beaucoup d'efforts, la situation semble être très différente. Beaucoup de jeunes étudiants en accordéon, y compris les étudiants dans les Conservatoires, s'intéressent maintenant à la performance d'accordéon populaire et ont commencé à l'apprendre ". Au cours de cette compétition, les étudiants de Shanghai organisera un spectacle d'accordéon de concert. Professeur Li Cong dit qu ' «un budget de près de 100.000 RMB a été utilisé pour un directeur spécialement recruté pour la phase de conception, plus la lumière et le son excellent équipement sera utilisé. Je crois que sa va être un très spéciale et intéressant concert”. Ce concert va etre consacrée à la célébration de la Journée mondiale Accordéon (World Accordion Day).  Manfrini accordéons de Camerano Italie ont commencé leur re-production, après plus de 30 ans. Cette société fabrique des accordéons fabriqués à main, et la production sera limitée à environ 100 instruments par an. Tous les accordéons sont faits pour les clients afin de donner un mot à dire dans la construction de leur instrument. Rolston Robert, originaire de l'Ecosse, mais maintenant en Italie, a créé la société Manfrini Rolston, en liaison avec Ercolano Manfrini. Leurs modèles comprennent les Manfrini ESPERTO, fait du meilleur bois et de roseaux disponibles. Les anches sont sélectionnés et réglés par Robert Rolston et Patrick Jackman.  Le 19 avril un grand concert avec le titre «Su le dell'oblio rive» - musique pour accordéon et piano - avec Alessandro Mugnoz et le pianiste Menghi Claudia - a eu lieu au Teatro delle Muse à Ancona . Le programme, à quelques rares «moderne premières» de la musique du 19e siècle par George C. Lickl (1801-1877) - «Sonate op. 40 pour piano et l'accordéon ", Angelo Panzini (1820-1886) -" Grande Sonate pour piano et l'accordéon ", Charles-Marie Widor (1845-1937) -« Humoresque et Marche Nuptiale "(dai" 6 duos pour piano et harmonium ), et Felice Lattuada (1882-1962) - "Sulle rive dell'oblio" (arrangé pour accordéon et piano par A. Mugnoz). Un avant-goût du concert a eu lieu à Castelfidardo, le 9 avril à l'auditorium «Binci 'Mordini Palace», en présence d'un auditoire choisi de collègues musiciens et artistes. Les deux concerts - très apprécié par le public - sont en grande partie le résultat de beaucoup de travaux de recherche effectués au cours des dernières années par Alessandro Mugnoz, répertoire de musique de chambre qui comprend de l'accordéon, en général, la «libre roseau" instruments de la 19e siècle (répertoire presque oublié et encore inexplorées). Ils ont également présenté une proposition initiale - musicale et culturelle - le résultat de la recherche, en collaboration entre l'association "New Italian Musical Learning Center» et le «Center for International Studies de l'Accordéon», basé à Castelfidardo.  Fourteen year old Stephanie Sass, from Wasenbach, Germany, an accordion student of the Rhein-Lahn-Kreis Musikschule, received in a single day two trophies - as a national accordion champion in Rhineland-Palatinate, and Rhenish Ludwigshafen champion in athletics in Koblenz.In December 2008 she was the winner of the Assistance Association District Music School, the annual 2 best soloists from approximately 900 music students. Since 2001, Stephanie has taken accordion lesions with Viktor Dupper from Bad Ems, a former accordion teacher of the internationally well known accordionist Veronika Todorova.  The World Music Band Charco, will offer its public showcase on April 28th, 8.30pm, at the Paul McCartney Auditorium, Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. The ticket costs £2 per person. Charco will offer a set of original music plus Richard Galliano and Astor Piazzolla's covers. Their influences are Spanish, Latin and Eastern European music.  On the 3rd of May, 1pm at the Great Hall of the Rostov State Philharmonic, there will be a concert dedicated to World Day of Accordion. The concert is titled "Accordion Plus". This year, for the first time, the world will celebrate World Accordion Day, as an event approved by the Confédération Internationale des Accordéonistes (CIA) - a member of the International Music Counci (IMC), UNESCO. The concert will be attended by Russian stars: Honored Artists of Russia Yuri Shishkin and Anatoly Zaikin, winners of international competitions: Andrew Statsenko, Alexander Poeluev, Alexander Letunov, Arthur Kazarian, ensembles of "New-Centropezn jazz quartet", "Uzory", " Cherkassy", " Ani ", "ARTIS", "Domino", "Foggy Dew", famous harmonica player Victor Skolozubov and many others. |

 Aisha and Victor, a couple of tango dancers and teachers from Buenos Aires, Argentina, are just about to start their European Tango Tour 2009 - from May 15th until the beginning of October.This year’s tour includes Europe with a new spectacle. This year´s ´special´ is a tango performance connecting dancing tango and playing music, a fusion of tango and folk music. The show features the transformation of a musician into a tango dancer, playing tango music - romantic and sensual, and original. The show includes a 4 minute live concert on accordion.   The Wazemmes Accordion Festival takes place at la maison Folie Wazemmes and other venues in Lille, from June 19th to 25th. It is anticipated that over 20, 000 spectators will attend this festival. A press conference takes place on May 7th, 11.30am, at the Grand Bleu, 36 avenue Marx Dormoy – Lille. On this occasion the festival programming involving about 60 events will be outlined.
