 Der Präsident der Confédération Internationale des Accordéonistes (CIA), Mirco Patarini, kündigt den Wettbewerb für die Aufnahme eines Werbevideos „Die Magie des Akkordeons“ an.Ziel dieses Wettbewerbs ist die Produktion eines ca. 60 Sekunden dauernden Werbevideospots zum Thema „Die Magie des Akkordeons“; gewidmet der Förderung des Akkordeons in der Öffentlichkeit. Es wird empfohlen, dass der Videospot auch in den Versionen 30 Sekunden und 10 Sekunden für Medienzwecke angepasst werden kann.   Martina Jembrišak (Bild oben) wurde mit dem renommierten kroatischen Musiker des Jahres 2020 „Ivo Vuljevic“ ausgezeichnet. Dies ist das erste Mal, dass ein Akkordeonist diesen Preis gewinnt!Die offizielle Preisverleihung fand am 9. Dezember 2020 in der kroatischen Akademie der Wissenschaften und Künste in Zagreb statt. Der Preis wurde von Tonci Bilic, Direktor der Jeunesses Musicales Croatia, überreicht. Die Jeunesses Musicales Croatia vergeben diesen Preis seit 1988, der aus einem Diplom, einer Geldsumme und Konzerten besteht, die zur Entwicklung der musikalischen Karriere der Empfänger in Kroatien und im Ausland beitragen. Der Preis ist nach Ivo Vuljevic (1919-1986), lebenslanger Ehrenpräsident der Jeunesses Musicales Croatia, Direktor der Oper des kroatischen Nationaltheaters in Zagreb, Direktor des LADO-Ensembles, langjähriger Direktor und Ehrenmitglied des Vatroslav Lisinski-Konzertsaals, benannt. Die Preisverleihung lenkt die Aufmerksamkeit der Öffentlichkeit auf die Talente, Bemühungen, Fähigkeiten und musikalischen Persönlichkeiten junger Künstler. Die Jeunesses Musicales Croatia hat zahlreiche Unterstützer und Partner, darunter das Kulturministerium der Republik Kroatien, das Stadtbüro für Kultur der Stadt Zagreb, die kroatische Akademie der Wissenschaften und Künste, das Zagreber Solistenensemble, die Tis Group und HEP-Hrvatska elektroprivreda als Hauptsponsor. | Der Schweizer Akkordeon Wettbewerb (SAW) für Solisten, Duos und Kammermusik findet am 29. und 30. Mai 2021 in Aarberg statt. Die Veranstaltung wird von accordeon.ch mit dem Akkordeonorchester Ipsach und Aarberg-Kallnach sowie dem OK-Präsidenten Thomas Peter organisiert. Die Organisatoren haben 2 Tage für die Veranstaltung eingeräumt, da zusätzliche mögliche Covid-19-Bestimmungen umgesetzt werden müssen. Die folgenden Ereignisse, die zum Einsendeschluss führen, sind folgende: Vorbereitung des Seminarwettbewerbs für Lehrer: 9. Januar 2021 in Lyss. John Jones MBE - UK, der weltweit erste Akkordeonist, der einen Covid-Impfstoff erhältby Rob Howard |
 Am ersten Tag der Einführung des Covid-Impfstoffs in Großbritannien erhielt John Jones MBE als erster Akkordeonist der Welt den Pfizer-Anti-Covid-Impfstoff. Das Macclesfield General Hospital in Cheshire hat den Impfstoff allen Mitarbeitern und Freiwilligen angeboten. Aufgrund seiner langjährigen Spendenaktion beim Akkordeonspielen im Krankenhaus ist John als Freiwilliger aufgeführt. Johns ununterbrochenes Sammeln von Spenden hat ihn zu einer lokalen Legende in Macclesfield gemacht!Seit John 1992 von seiner Karriere als Brückenbauingenieur zurückgetreten ist, hat er einen Großteil seiner Zeit für das Sammeln von Spenden für verschiedene Wohltätigkeitsorganisationen aufgewendet. 2012 wurde er mit dem MBE für seine Bemühungen um mehr als 250.000 GBP ausgezeichnet. Die Zeremonie fand im Buckingham Palace statt und wurde von HRH Princess Anne durchgeführt. Bevor er in den 1980er Jahren das Akkordeon aufnahm, war John ein Pianist, der in Pubs unterhielt. Seit seinem Wechsel zum Akkordeon hat er in allen möglichen Funktionen gespielt und verfügt über ein sehr großes Repertoire an Musik aller Art. Er ist Mitglied des Stockport Accordion Club und des North Staffs Accordion Club und Organisator des jährlichen Wohltätigkeitskonzerts im Broken Cross Club in Macclesfield zugunsten des East Cheshire Hospice. Er und Rob Howard spielen seit 1999 jedes Jahr im Dezember Kriegslieder in den Stockport Air Raid Shelters. Wie alle anderen wurde John dieses Jahr wegen der Covid-Sperren und -Beschränkungen vom Spielen in Innenräumen ausgeschlossen, aber unbeirrt ging er auf die Straße und in die Parks. Über eine solche Gelegenheit schreibt er: „Am 11. September war ich im Teggs Nose Country Park beschäftigt und sammelte Geld für die Intensivstation im Macclesfield Hospital in Erinnerung an meine Frau June, die am 9. März verstarb, als plötzlich ein sehr lautes„ vroom, vroom “als Konvoi von Super Cars kam auf dem Parkplatz an. Diese Autos befanden sich auf einer Rallye, die als "The Cannon Run" bekannt war. Einer aus der Gruppe sah meine Sammelbox und steckte eine Spende von 20 Pfund hinein. Die Schachtel wurde dann herumgereicht und insgesamt £ 158 für die Wohltätigkeitsorganisation des Krankenhauses gesammelt. Ein Mitglied der Gruppe bat mich dann, das Akkordeon zu spielen, das er aufgenommen hatte. Dann wurde mir gesagt, dass ich gerade mit einem berühmten Rapper namens "Mist" (Bild links), der eine weltweite Fangemeinde von Millionen hat, auf Video aufgenommen worden war, und das Video wurde dann auf seiner Instagram-Seite veröffentlicht. Stellen Sie sich meine Überraschung vor, als mein Enkel Marcus mich später am Abend anrief, um mir zu sagen, dass er das Video gesehen hatte und nicht glauben konnte, dass sein Opa das Akkordeon für Rapper Mist spielte.  Alexander Poeluev has just released a new video with the Folk Ensemble "Pravoslavniy Don”, which is their original version of Don Rhapsody composed by Viatcheslav Semionov and arranged for accordion and folk ensemble. Don Rhapsody was based on folk songs and in this work they tried to combine the original songs and Semionov’s Don Rhapsody.The video was produced within the framework of the Discover Russia: 5 geniuses of the world born in the Don Region project, supported by the President's Grants Fund. Project operator: All-Russian Association of Honored Citizens, Mentors and Talented Youth. Inspired by the creative work of Russian and Soviet veteran-writer Mikhail A. Sholokhov - Russian and Soviet writer, journalist and scriptwriter, the Nobel Prize in Literature laureate, Stalin Prize, Lenin Prize laureate, twice the Hero of the Socialist Labour. Artistic Director: Gennady Vecherkin Young Cossack: V. Poeluev Executive Producers: Elizaveta Poelueva and Larisa Lutsenko The shooting was held in the Bokovsky and Sholokhov regions of the Rostov region, M.A.Sholokhov's State Museum-Reserve and Memorial Historic Complex in Karginskaya. |

"Brooklyn Dronescape" by Bob Goldberg--three 21st-century drone-based accordion pieces by New York City composers. | Video: Rémi Geffroy Trio December concert The Rémi Geffroy Trio performed an online concert at the Studio La Claranbox in Lignareix, France on December 6th, 2020. The trio consists of Rémi Geffroy (diatonic accordionist and composer), accompanied by Christian Martinaud (drums) and Thomas Curtil (guitar). This concert was one in a series organised by the Studio La Claranbox. On December 12th, Rémi will perform with his group “The Booze Brothers” in Langon, South Western France. The group play a mix of Irish music and ultra energetic, joyful and tribal Punk Rock. |

| Alexander Poeluev will give an online concert on December 12th at 6pm Moscow time. The concert is a long-awaited event in the jubilee year of the 160th anniversary of A.P. Chekhov and the 115th anniversary of the birth of M.A. Sholokhov. The concert will be held as part of the educational project “Get to know Russia”. Literary geniuses born on the Don with the support of the Presidential Grants Fund and a member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation Leonid Shafirov, All-Russian Association of Honorary Citizens, Mentors and Talented Youth. It will also be part of the Musical Opening Ceremony of the Second International Congress of Cognitive Tourism, Culture and Media Volunteers "Living Heritage of a Small Homeland" and the Literary Festival “Learn Russia”. Special guest at the concert is: laureate of international jazz competitions and festivals, and participant of the New-Centropezn Jazz Quartet saxophonist Andrey Machnev. Alexander Poeluev has been playing with the New-Centropezn Jazz Quartet for over 10 years. At this concert, we want to unite Russians and foreigners, lovers of Russian culture, connoisseurs of the history and traditions of the Don region from different parts of our world. We will all remember 2020 as a year online in which we all have tried new things, looked for new ways to communicate, meet, and implement our creative projects. Although, under the current conditions, we still cannot invite the entire New-Centropezn line-up, Alexander has prepared several interesting performances with Andrey Machnev, so Saturday evening promises to be filled with positive and great music.
