The New Fisorchestra Liberina is a prestigious orchestra that has achieved successes both nationally and internationally for the last twenty years. It was formed in Liberi (in the province of Caserta, Italy) in 1980 by Pasquale De Marco. It is part of an association by the same name which includes a music school devoted to the teaching of chromatic, piano and free bass accordions. The school is attended by young students from all over the region, both males and females, who study the accordion as well as attending regular schools.

The school is directed by Pasquale De Marco in collaboration with many famous personalities such as Gigi Stok, Peppino Principe, Eliana Zayec, Emanuele Spantaconi, Mario Carrara and Avion Travel.

Annual exams and demonstrations are held at the school with the teachers and curricula of the CDMI of Ancona. The best students above the age of 16 go into the orchestra, which is characterised by a high turnover.

The group is made up of winners of national and international competitions, singers and dancers. It performs in concerts, musical events and television shows both in Italy and abroad.

Pasquale de Marco, accordionist and conductor of the New Fisorchestra Liberina, began studying the accordion in Konstanz (Germany) at the age of six. He has composed several pieces for accordion and orchestra. He took part in the 44th Sanremo Festival with the "Squadra Italia", a group that included Nilla Pizzi, Wess, Rosanna Fratello, Mario Merola, Lando Fiorini, Emanuela Villa and others, and played "An old Italian song".
