SUNDAY 3rd July 2005 Final Closing Ceremony of the Sata-Häme Soi Festival

Unfortunately as everything has to come to an end - so also these wonderful accordion days in Ikaalinen. Now the city is getting ready to live a special moment with their Finnish President Mrs. Tarja Halonen coming to their city to honour the inhabitants, visitors and musicans with her presence. A very special moment also for all visitors to have the pleasure to feel this atmosphere of a president walking through a large crowed - just like one of them - part of the people!!! Very very impressive and for sure an unforgettable moment for me and all other foreigners, visiting this wonderful country with plenty of nature and natural behavior of their inhabitants.

Some honours being awarded to volontairs of the Festival. Performances of the Silver (Joni) - Golden (Ann-Marie) - Primus Ikaalinen (Idoia) Award Winners and the groups "Tango Resurrection" and "Byrac Band".

9.00 a.m. - Events for Ikaalinen Day in the Festival Park
11.00 a.m. - Church Service at the Ikaalinen Church
12.30 a.m. - Coffee after the service at the Yellow School
