| On Saturday 2nd October there was an evening dedicated to the Festival presentation and to a fund raising collaboration with the Lions Club of Castelfidardo Riviera del Conero, for Associazione Salesi di Ancona. At this evening, there was a presentation about the 35th International Accordion Festival attened by the Mayor and many business leaders of the region. |

| After the presentation followed a concert by a Trio and accordion performances by members of the "I Mantici Armoniosi" who had planned to perform, but sadly on that same day, one of the parents died making the performance impossible. |
