The 39th Castelfidardo Premio e Concorso Internazionale di Fisarmonica is organised by the Castelfidardo Municipal Administration, the Castelfidardo Pro Loco and Artistic Director Roberto Lucanero.

Castelfidardo Mayor Mirco Soprani announced that 158 entries (solo, ensemble and orchestra) have been received "involving about 350 competitors from 26 countries and three continents of the world."
