Romanko ha completato le registrazioni per il suo nuovo CD che sarà prodotto da Juergen Bruch (j.b.
music, Hilchenbach/Deutschland). Il "‘Concerto",
composto da Igor Schamo è stato registrato insieme all'orchestra di fiati del Conseravtorio Ural. Inoltre ci sono 2 lavori di Viktor Gridin registrati insieme alla Fisorchestra Filarmonica di Nishnij
Tagil. Altri brani sono di: Bach, Piazzolla e Bysov.
L'uscitia del CD è prevista per l'autunno di questo anno. .

Fisorchestra Concerto in Missouri - USA

La Fisorchestra UMKC Community
Accordion Orchestra annuncia il loro concerto di primavera per il 12 Giugno alle ore 14 che avrà logo nella UMKC/White Recital Hall / 4949 Cherry Street, in Kansas City, Missouri. Il concerto è aperto al pubblico con ingresso gratuito.
Il concerto, della durata di un ora e mezzo, prevede trascrizioni classiche di Polovetsian Dances - ‘Prince Igor’ di Borodin, ‘Abduction’ di ‘The Seraglio Overture’ di Mozart, ‘Dornroschen Waltz’di Tschaikowsky e ‘Granada’ di Lara. Altri brani saranno melodie di Gershwin, Andrew Lloyd Webber Broadway Hits, Show Boat (Jerome Kern) ed una nuova versione di ‘Jalousie’. Il concertmaster Karen Fremar si esibrià come solista.
Questo gruppo condotto dal Professore Emeritus Joan Cochran Sommers è composto da membri di tutte le età provvenvienti da Kansas City, Blue Springs, Independence, Smithville e Overland Park e sono stati ospiti per concerti in Italia, Germania, Russia e Nuova Zelanda
Il concerto è una prova generale per il prossimo appuntamento a Dallas in occasione dell'Accordionist & Teachers Guild 2005 International Festival della settimana prossima.  L'Ex Presidente della Finlandia Mr. Martti Ahtisaari ed il Presidente attuale, la Sig.ra Tarja Halonen, rappresentanti del mondo politico; conduttor e; compositori sono stati presenti al concerto d'apertura del Naantali Music Festival. Mika Väyrynen è stato uno degli artisti speciali del concerto che è stato organizzato per il 70° compleanno del Professore Aulis Sallinen.
Alle conclusione del concerto Mika e gli altri artisti Vladimir
Ashkenazy, Barbara Hendricks e Krzysztof Penderecki sono stati invitati per una serata VIP dove hanno potuto incontrae il presidente della Finlandia.

Pacific Accordion Championships and Festival - New Zealand

The South Pacific Accordion Championships and Festival is the largest
annual accordion event in the Southern Hemisphere. This year, the
festival was at the newly built Raye Freedman Arts Centre at Epsom
Girls’ Grammar School, Auckland City. This is a wonderful
new Centre with first full lighting, excellent acoustics, soundproof
practice areas and food facilities making the event most enjoyable
for performers, audience and organisers.
 The
weekend began on Friday evening with a Wine and Cheese Reception,
followed by the Welcome Concert in the new venue. Guests were the
ASA New South Wales State Accordion Orchestra (Australia), conducted
by Elizabeth Jones. Alexander
Poeluev right (Russia), one of the world’s most exciting
young accordion artistes, then performed and received a standing
ovation for a superb performance from the enthusiastic audience.
On Saturday and Sunday followed the competitions. A most successful
competition event was held and the competitions ended with the Results
and Prize-Giving Concert to a largely full hall.
The finale of the Festival was the Farewell Dinner on Sunday evening.
The South Pacific Accordion Championship trophies are presented,
and the evening is always a great party with lots of live music
and dancing - great end to the 2005 event.

Busso Junior, delle Staten Island, New York, è stato scelto come fisarmonicista ufficiale della United States Air Force Strolling
Strings. La Air Force ha cercato da molto di sostituite i vari musicisti del Strolling Strings Music Ensemble, da quando molti musicisti sono andati in pensione due anni fa. Finalmente hanno trovato la persona che hanno cercato per molto tempo.

the fifth time the city of Imst (located in Tyrol, near Innsbruck)
will organize workshops for musicians and artistes of different
styles from July 11th to 15th. Participants will have the opportunity
