Lets start by reading the names of the selected composers: Ellington, Kenton, Gershwin, Kern, Walzer and we find ourselves surrounded by the biggest names of jazz.

We can read in the curriculum vitaes of these two great accordion soloists: Carnegie Hall, famous telecasts and author of books written together with Art Van Damme (Tony), concerts with Sarah Vaughan, Harry Belafonte, Steve Allen (Joe).

The two artists are accompanied by the bass and percussion instruments: yes - this really means, that if one "svisa" the other one harmonizes; but at times it turns out as nearly polyphonic, just with some additional colour .... BLUE.

An Italian production for a CD recorded in Michigan/USA, that presents itself - amongst various aims - to be inserted in the Italian catalogues of traditional and consolidated jazz, that not many exponents of the accordion world in Italy can call their own.

A CD to enjoy from the beginning until to the end.
