Weltpremiere der Sonate Nr. 3 von Viatcheslav Semionov , Moskau - Russlandby Yulia Amerikova |
 Video oben : Ausschnitt aus dem 3. Satz mit Yuri Schischkin Am 21. November wurde die lang erwartete Weltpremiere der Sonate Nr. 3 " Erinnerung an die Zukunft" für Solo- Akkordeon von Viatcheslav Semionov (Bild links) aufgeführt. Die Weltpremiere wurde auf der Big Concert Hall des Moskauer Haus der Komponisten gehört, und war Teil des XXXV International Contemporary Music Festival "Moskauer Herbst" . Sonate Nr. 3 besteht aus drei Movimenti ( Moderato, Andantino, Maestoso con moto ). Die gefühlvollen Texte des 2. Satzes werden durch eine erste Bewegung mit Dramatik, Intensität und Entwicklung, sowie einem 3. Satz von Multilayern mit Kontrast und stilistischem Collage gefüllt, umrahmt. Im 3. Satz hat Viatcheslav Semionov das verschlüsselten Zitat von Heinrich Heine verwendet : Wenn " Liebe in unseren Seelen lebt - sind wir ewig ... " . Die Premiere wurde in hervorragender Weise von einem seiner besten Studenten Viatcheslav Semionov’s vorgeführt, dem hervorragenden Musiker Juri Schischkin, der internationale Anerkennung erhalten hat und unter anderem als Verdienter Künstler Russlands ausgezeichnet wurde( Bild unten links). Die Uraufführung der Sonate Nr. 3 war ein großer Erfolg mit einem begeisterten Publikum und vollem Konzertsaal. . Diese Premiere ist ein bedeutendes Ereignis in der Welt der Kunst des Akkordeons und ein weiterer wichtiger Beitrag für die Akkordeonwelt von berühmten Komponisten. Die zweite Aufführung der Sonate Nr. 3 ist für den 11. Dezember zum 50 - Jahre Jubiläumskonzert von Juri Schischkin, Teil des International Festivals "Bajan und Bajanisten " in Moskau, vorgesehen.  Video 1 oben: Die neueste Version von Zoltan Orosz geworden Goldene CD 3. Juli 2013.Video 2 oben: Tico Tico 19. November 2013 veröffentlicht. Der ungarische Akkordeonist Zoltan Orosz gab kürzlich Konzerte im Khalsa College, einer öffentlichen Schule der indischen Akademie für Bildende Künste, in Amtrizar. Die Konzerte wurden von der ungarischen Botschaft als Teil eines kulturellen Austausches veranstaltet und Zoltans "-Programm an ungarischen und russischen Volksweisen sowie orientalischer Musik wurde vom Publikum sehr geschätzt. Zoltan Orosz begann bereits im zarten Alter von 4 Jahren mit dem Akkordeonspiel und mit 11 Jahren begann er seinen Unterricht an der Bartók Béla Musikschule in Budapest, gefolgt von Studien an der Franz-Liszt-TeacherTraining University.  Die Schola Cantorum , vielleicht die größte private Musikschule in Frankreich , ist eine Art des Französisch- Äquivalent der Juilliard School, USA. Diese wurde im Jahr 1890 von dem berühmten Französisch Musiker der damaligen Zeit unter Vincent d' Indy gegründet.Einige Studenten der Schule wurden im Nachhinein auch Lehrer in der Schola Cantorum wie z.B.: Issac Albeniz, Georges Auric , Alfred Cortot , Maurice Durufflé , Alexandre Lagoya , Lily Laskine , Olivier Messiaen, Darius Milhaud, Cole Porter, Eric Satie, Edgar Varèse, Serge Gainsbourg ... Nachdem das Akkordeon stetig einen größeren Platz auf Bühnen einnimmt mit Sendungen weltweit in der Unterhaltungsmusik , Folk, Klassik und zeitgenössischer Musik, entschied Denis Michel, Direktor der Schola Cantorum , eine Akkordeonklasse für alle Arten einzustellen. Michel Denis, fragte Jacques Mornet und Nathalie Boucheix , Gründer der berühmten CNIMA Akkordeonschule , ob beide - Jacques und Nathalie ihre Zeit zwischen der Auvergne Vulkane Naturpark -Gebiet und dem französisch Kapitals teilen möchten. | Die lange und beliebte BBC Scotland Radio-Show "Take the Floor" veranstaltet zwei spezielle Außenrundfunkaufnahmen im Dezember 2013 beginnen. Die erste ist am Sonntag, 1. Dezember, 15.00 Uhr, in der Dunecht Village Hall, der Heimatstadt des Show-Moderators Robbie Shepherd um seinen Beitrag zur schottischen Musik zu feiern- Die Veranstaltung wird vom Akkordeonistin Iain Cathcart und seiner schottischen Dance Band geleitet. Weiters sind Gemma Donald und Gordon Pattullo Geige / Akkordeon-Duo und Darren MacLean (Bild unten) im Programm. Die Aufnahme beginnt um 15.00 Uhr. Die zweite Aufnahme ist am Freitag, 6. Dezember, am Vorabend des Traditional Music Awards, der in diesem Jahr in Aberdeen stattfindet. Veranstaltungsort ist die Albyn School in Aberdeen.  Amerian concert accordionist Mary Tokarski has released a new Christmas CD just in time for the Holiday Season. Mary invites listeners to enjoy her idea of Christmas music, as she explains her choice of pieces."March of the Toys and Parade of the Wooden Soldiers were childhood “favorites” of mine. On Thin Ice and Slippery Slope are representative of Connecticut winters (Can you imagine Santa Claus arriving on the ice, and sliding down that snowy, slippery slope?) What better way to enjoy the holidays than going over to the Shopping Center – everyone’s favorite pastime during the Christmas season. Moon River is from one of my favorite movies “Breakfast At Tiffany’s”, while Chopin’s Polonaise in A Major brings visions of grandeur to celebratory events and church services. | The London-based Morley Accordion Orchestra (MD Ian Watson) recently released a CD, 'Europa', and this has now been released on iTunes, via Amazon, and lots of other online shops. This second album was recorded live in London, and is named after Jason Carr's 'Europa', which received its premiere performance in the concert. A whistle stop tour around Europe, from scary Moscow to sleepy Madrid to jazzy Rome, this performance is full of surprises and real quality playing. Also featured on the album is '2012', an Olympic inspired piece written for the orchestra by its conductor, Ian Watson. Morley Accordion Orchestra, formed in 1999, meets at Morley College, 61 Westminster Bridge Rd, London SE1 7HT. The MAO plays a wide variety of music - from original works for accordion orchestra to show tunes and film scores. There are now 30 members of the orchestra and for concerts are joined by percussionists. In May 2013 MAO performed at the World Music Festival in Innsbruck, Austria. Future plans include a Christmas Concert at the Lost Theatre, London, on December 8th at 3pm and the release of their 2nd album, ‘Europa’.  An ‘Accordion Play In’ – an all-day orchestra event - takes place at the Academy of Music Drama and Dance in Deinze, Belgium, on Saturday November 30th, from 9am. The conductors are Matthias Lens and Emmy Gysels, and the event concludes with an evening concert featuring all the music practised during the day, and there will be performances by the West Flemish Accordion Orchestra, conducted by Rik Rabaey, and the Royal Accordion Club ‘The Harmonikavrienden’, conducted by Matthias Lens.  The National Yiddish Theatre, ‘Folksbiene’, presents a remarkable concert event celebrating the folk legend and actor Theodore Bikel in anticipation of his 90th birthday in May 2014. ‘Miracle of Miracles: A Chanukah Extravaganza’ takes place at Symphony Space, 2537 Broadway, New York, on Monday December 2nd, 7.30pm. Featured in the all-star cast are the beloved Emmy-winning actor Fyvush Finkel, klezmer giant Frank London, the Russian concert phenomenon Psoy Korolenko and the Broadway actors Joanne Borts (‘Once’) and Elmore James, among many others. Accordionist Lauren Brody will be in the orchestra. Theodore Bikel, the Oscar-nominated and Emmy-winning actor, folk singer and political activist, will make a special appearance supported by the Frank London-led Folksbiene Klezmorim Orchestra. Vienna-born Bikel earned a best supporting actor Oscar nomination in 1958 for ‘The Defiant Ones’. He had major roles in ‘The Blue Angel’, ‘My Fair Lady’, and ‘The Russians Are Coming, the Russians Are Coming’. He also created the role of Baron von Trapp in the original production of ‘A Sound of Music’ on Broadway. He has played Tevye in ‘Fiddler on the Roof’ over 2000 times on Broadway and elsewhere, beginning in 1967. A world-renowned folk singer, social activist and spokesman for liberal Jewish causes, he also was a former president of Actors’ Equity. |

Over the years Galliano has worked and recorded with Juliette Greco, Charles Aznavour, Chet Baker, Bireli Lagrene, Wynton Marsalis, Toots Thielmans, and many more.  The East Antrim Junior Accordion Group and the Missing Time Duo are the guests at the Northern Box & Fiddle Club on Wednesday December 4th, 8pm. There is a change of venue, and this concert is at Kinahan's Restaurant, Hilton Templepatrick Hotel & Country Club, Castle Upton Estate, Templepatrick, Belfast, BT39 0DD.The evening will be a mix of traditional Irish, Scottish, singalong, and Continental music with some Christmas favourites to get everyone in the Christmas spirit. | Stockport Accordion Club’s annual concert in aid of the East Cheshire Hospice takes place at the Broken Cross Club, Macclesfield, Cheshire SK11 8TU on Friday December 6th, 7.45pm. The Stockport AC Band (MD Derek Stubbs) will be performing, and club President Pearl Fawcett-Adriano and Vice President Walter Perrie will both do cabaret spots. Last year’s concert raised a record £1,400. The organizer is SAC member John Jones MBE. On Saturday December 7th, 11am for one hour, Stockport AC members will be playing Christmas music at The Lowry Shopping Mall, Salford, in aid of The Christie. There will be live music all day in this fund raising effort, and Stockport AC are first on, regaling the shoppers with the sound of accordions.
