 Artistic Director Friedrich Lips (picture right) welcomes you all to the 33rd “Bayan and Bayanists” Festival, which will be held in Moscow from December 15th to 19th, 2021.The opening concert on December 15th will include a performance by Radu Ratoi (Moldova, picture below) the 2018 Coupe Mondiale Champion and the 2020 winner of the VII International Bayan Competition, which was held in conjunction with the 2020 Moscow Festival. The opening event will also include the 90th Anniversary Celebration of Anatoly Belyayev, People’s Artist of Russia. Further events as follows: • December 16th: Ukrainian evening • December 17th: 75th Anniversary Celebration of Viatcheslav Semionov, People’s Artist of Russia • December 18th: 70th Anniversary Celebration of Alexander Dmitriev • December 19th: Astor Piazzolla – 100!
