| La Coupe mondiale 2017 proposera 4 concerts majeurs qui mettront en valeur les apports culturels mondiaux de l'accordéon italien. Tous les concerts se tiendront dans le magnifique théâtre de La Nuova Fenice. L'entrée sera libre et les tickets disponibles au centre d'information du théâtre de La Fenice à partir du 4 septembre à 14h00. Mardi 5 septembre : le concert d'ouverture présente le chef d'orchestre Roberto Molinelli, Operapop, Mirco Patarini, Antonio Spaccarotella et l'Orchestra Sinfonica "G Rossini". Affiche du concert ci-dessus. Mercredi 6 septembre : concert de jazz par le Simone Zanchini Quartet. Jeudi 7 septembre: Concert "Temperamento Barocco" avec Giorgio Dellarole (accordéon), Francesco Baroni (clavecin), Enrico Contini (Violoncelle baroque) et Luca Giardini (violon baroque). Vendredi 8 septembre: 4 premières d'oeuvres italiennes pour l'accordéon des compositeurs Corrado Rojac, Cesare Chiacchiaretta, Pier Paolo Cascioli, Angelo Bruzzese avec en solistes Marco Gemelli, Ghenadie Rotari, Dario Flammmini, Samuele Telari, concert dirigé par Marco Gatti. | Lady of Spain, (Mademoiselle d'Espagne) écrit par le leader de groupe et compositeur Tolchard Evans a été rendu extrêmement populaire par le légendaire accordéoniste américain Dick Contino (17 janvier 1930 – 19 avril 2017). Lady of Spain était devenu sa pièce la plus connue après son apparition de 1950 dans le Ed Sullivan TV Show. Artiste régulièrement invité de la Las Vegas Accordion Convention, Dick Contino y était apparu pour la dernière fois en 2014, jouant un long programme avec son groupe et chantant également. Dick avait ému aux larmes l'assistance par un commentaire poignant et inspiré. C'est la tradition pour l'orchestre de la Las Vegas International Accordion que de clore la convention le jeudi soir et Dick souvent se joignit au groupe avec famille et nombreux amis. Cette année sera différente. Ce sera la première convention après le décès de Dick. En hommage à Dick, Joan Cochran Sommers a arrangé Lady of Spain pour l'orchestre du festival qui le jouera en dernière pièce du programme. Elle a pensé qu'il serait inspirant et attractif de voir Cory Pesaturo, Grayson Masefield et Stas Venglevski rejoindre l'orchestre pour quelques morceaux – Ah lala ! Les Three Tenors, marchant sur les traces des Trois Ténors qui se produisirent dans le monde entier avec divers orchestres symphoniques. Cory, Grayson et Stas seront les artistes phares de la Las Vegas Accordion Convention et lorsqu'ils se joindront à l'orchestre du festival, ils feront des démonstrations des bellows shakes qui avaient rendu si populaire Dick Contino, plus connu à La Vegas sous le nom de Monsieur Variété.   Le 42ème festival et concours international d'accordéon “Ville de Castelfidardo” du 10 au 17 septembre a publié son planning de concours et concerts pour les 13 au 17 septembre. 2017ConcorsoLe Prix et concours international d'accordéon 2017 de Castelfidardo est organisé par la municipalité de Castelfidardo, l'association Pro Loco et il est dirigé par Ruben Cittadini le directeur artistique étant Christian Riganelli. Clôture des inscriptions le 20 août, bon nombre d'inscrits, les catégories de concours sont maintenant définies. Se produiront de nombreux accordéonistes de renom en solistes ou avec leur groupe, parmi eux (par ordre alpha) : Marc Berthoumieux, Raffael Damen, Dario Flammini, Alessandro Gaudio, Inspiration Trio, Antonio De Luca, Danilo Di Paolonicola, Massimiliano Pitocco, Vladislav Pligovka, Damiano Ragnini, Giacomo Rotatori, Trio Paglialunga, Concert également des étudiants du concervatoire de Pékin : (Yue Zihann, Wang Jingyang, Cheng Yuhan, Mao Junhao) et concerts des étudiants de divers conservatoires italiens (pas encore listés). | Beltango interprète “Milonga para as Missoes" au Tango Munchen en 2015 Dans la belle ville de Trieste, située sur la côte adriatique italienne, le festival de Tango de Trieste est de retour pour la 5ème année. L'évènement se tiendra au Molo IV, bel endroit entouré par la mer. Le festival sera ouvert par le grand Beltango Quintet (Serbie) qui jouera aussi le 1er août. Le final sera assuré par le Tango Spleen orchestra, jusqu'à 1 h 30 du matin pour un grand “Milonga de clôture”. |

 Sean Montgomery, Accordion Product Manager of Roland Europe Group Ltd has announced that Ludovic Beier (France) will perform at the Digital Accordion Concert organised as part of the 2017 Coupe Mondiale. Manufacturers of digital accordions have been invited by the Confédération Internationale des Accordéonistes (CIA) to contribute a performer for a concert of "expert and high level digital accordion performance". This concert will be presented to the public (and to the world by video broadcast) to demonstrate the very best of digital accordion music. Ludovic Beier learned the accordion from his father and benefits from being part of a musical family. He was brought up in the French tradition of the instrument and turned to jazz at young age. At a young age, Ludovic was already playing on the French, European and American scene with some of the top jazz players. Ludovic Beier has travelled extensively performing with many famous artists at many famous music festivals and international jazz venues as well as travelling to many parts of the world demonstrating the Roland digital accordion range. Concert at 17:00 Sunday 10th September in the prestigious Teatro La Nuova Fenice, Osimo. Admission is free and tickets are available from the "Info Centre" at the Teatro Fenice from 2pm, 4th September. Video broadcast will be online starting 5:30 pm approximately. |

 To celebrate the 25th Anniversary of Master Production, Director Antonella Toccaceli (picture right) is proud to release two new digital accordion models. One model has internal amplifier and battery and the other, digital only, weighs a mere 6 kilos.These two new instruments are going to be featured by Stefano Indino (video above) performing at the Digital Accordion Concert on Sunday 10th September at the end of the 2017 Coupe Mondiale. This concert will present to the public (and to the world by video broadcast) the very best of digital accordion music. Performing with Stefano Indino is percussionist Massimo Carrano. Since a young age, Stefano Indino has pursued a dual career, as a sound engineer, recording studio producer as well as accordion teacher, accordion entertainer. Concert at 17:00 in the prestigious Teatro La Nuova Fenice, Osimo. Admission is free and tickets are available from the "Info Centre" at the Teatro Fenice from 2pm, 4th September.  Video: Christine Schmid in concert performing Libertango at Musikmesse Frankfurt.Christine Schmid concert titled "Ich bereue nichts, mon amour" (I do not regret anything my love) will be held Friday 1st September 19:00 at Brandl's Kulturscheune Enkendorf. Christine Schmid studied at the Hohner Conservatory Trossingen and at the Opera Workshop at Basel Conservatory. Later she attended the Jazz School Basel and Paris in music theory, accordion and vocals. After her studies she had various engagements such as the title role in ‘Marlene Dietrich’ at the Musical Theater in Basel and regular appearances as a guest soprano with the Spa Orchestra Badenweiler, followed by appearances on radio and television. Christine Schmid is also vocal and speech trainer and a successful model and mannequin. In May this year, she released ‘Paris to Berlin’, a CD featuring mainly French and some German music. After a successful debut at the Speilburg Festival, where Cory Pesaturo, sponsored by Red Bull, was performing with popular Tunisian violinist Yasmine Azaiez and drummer Chis Southiere, Cory is again travelling, this time to Italy. Cory will be performing at private events for the Red Bull Formula 1 Team in Italy for the Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend at Monza, 1 - 3 September. Cory Pesaturo has performed at various Formula 1 events over the past 2 years and Red Bull have sponsored him for other performances such as his recent successful Guiness World Record.
