Roland V-Accordion Festival Finale, Moskau - Russlandby Yulia Amerikova |

| Das erste russische Finale des Roland V-Accordion Festivals wurde im Konzertsaal des Central House of Artists, Moskau, am 7. September 2010 durchgeführt. Eine Initiative von Alexander Selivanov, Gewinner vieler internationaler Wettbewerbe und Professor an der Gnessin-Musikakademie in Moskau. Die Finalisten - Edward Akhanov (oben rechts), Vladimir Butusov, Alexej Klimov, Yuri Medianik und Alexei Chernomordikov (oben links) - mußten ein hartes Auswahlverfahren, bestehend aus 2 Phasen bestreiten - dem Wettbewerb für Videos und Live-Auftritt. Alle Finalisten sind brillante und vielseitigste Musiker, jeder mit seinem eigenen Stil. Die Organisatoren ermöglichten eine unvergessliche Show - ein wahres Fest für das Publikum mit einem Quiz an wertvollen Preisen, Video Broadcast-und Unterhaltungsangebot. Neben dem Wettbewerb, gab es für das Publikum Aufführungen der Gewinner der Junior Kategorie - Ivan Ratnikov und Semen Kuzovchikov sowie Aufführungen von professionellen Jazz-Ensembles zu hören. Der Jury gehörten an: Anatoly Belyaev (Vorsitzender), Professor Viatcheslav Semionov, Preisträger internationaler Wettbewerbe Alexander Selivanov und Yulia Amerikova sowie Rolands (Roland) Russland Vertreter Ilya Sandalow. Alexey Chernomordikov und Edward Akhanov sind am meisten aufgefallen. Es war ein richtiges Duell zwei talentierter Musiker. Der Gewinner war Alexey Chernomordikov, der auch das neueste Modell V-Accordion - Roland FR-7xb dafür erhielt und beim internationalen Finale in Rom spielen wird. Alexey ist bestens versiert in elektronischen Instrumenten, originellem Repertoire und seine außergewöhnliche Darbietung von "Caprice Nr. 2 '« SOS »von Viatcheslav Semionov gezeigt, hinterließ einen unwahrscheinlichen Eindruck auf das Publikum. Edward Akhanov wurde mit einem Minimum von 0,3 Punkten auf dem zweiten Platz verrwiesen. Edward erobert das Publikum mit seiner lebendigen Bühnepräsenz und Virtuosität. Er wird in der CIA Coupe Mondiale Digital Akkordeon Kategorie konkurrieren, der vom 18-24 Oktober in Varazdin, Kroatien stattfinden wird. Das internationale Finale des Roland V-Accordion Festival findet in Rom am 15. und 16. Oktober 2010 statt. |

| Results are now online. Der 60. Trophée Mondial de l'Accordéon in Vigo, Spanien läuft noch bis zum 25 September 2010. Tägliche Berichte und Ergebnisse gibt es auf der der Confédération Mondiale de l'Accordéon (CMA) Website zu konsultieren, sobald diese vorliegen. Es ist das 7. Mal, dass die Trophée Mondial in Spanien stattgefindet und das erste Mal in der bekannten Hafenstadt Vigo. Die Veranstalter Carlos Núñez und Daniel Rodríguez Meiriño sind mit den vielen internationalen Teilnehmern aus West-und Osteuropa, Russland, China und Neuseeland überaus zufrieden. | Das Duo "Una Sinistra" mit Yulia Amerikova und Alexander Selivanov, wurde 2003 gegründet. Das Duo, beide Absolventen der Gnessin Akademie in Moskau, erhielten den ersten Preis beim CIA Coupe Mondiale und spielten auf vielen internationalen Festivals in Russland, Finnland, Italien und den Niederlanden. Ihr Programm umfasst sinfonische, klassische, Volks-und zeitgenössische Werke. Zur Zeit ist das Duo beschäftigt, ihre erste CD fertigzustellen mit Transkriptionen für Bajan und Akkordeon-Ensemble. | Die diesjährige nationale Vorausscheidung zum 4. internationalen ROLAND V-Accordion Festival fand am 11.9.2010 in der Bundesakademie in Trossingen statt. Nachdem Hamburg bereits dreimal Austragungsort des Vorentscheides war, wurde Trossingen gewählt, um u.a. interessierten Kandidaten aus dem Süden die Anreise zu vereinfachen. Als Jurymitglieder verpflichtete ROLAND in diesem Jahr Prof. Ulrich Schmülling, Slavko Avsenik jr. , Konstantin Ischenko, Dieter Witz und Peter Müller Auf den Teilnehmer Rudik Yakhin waren alle sehr gespannt, hatte er doch bereits im letzten Jahr den nationalen Wettbewerb gewonnen und in Rom den 5.ten Platz unter 15 teilnehmenden Nationen errungen. Er konnte auch dieses Mal wieder durch seine von Leichtigkeit, Können und dem klanglichen Einsatz des V-Accordion geprägte atemberaubende Vorstellung überzeugen und mit 408 Punkten den Wettbewerb für sich entscheiden. Seine Titel waren: Franck Angelis „Impasse - 4. Satz (Finale)“, Étienne-Nicolas Méhul „Sonate A-dur - 1. Satz (Allegro)“ und Luciano Fancelli „10 km al finestrino“ Der Gewinner der Kategorie „Erwachsene“ das aktuelle Top-Modell, ein FR-7x, ausgehändigt. Als weiterer Gast war Hans-Peter Wöhrle eingeladen. Herr Wöhrle spielt bereits seit Jahren ein Roland FR-7, wurde jedoch unlängst von mehreren Schlaganfällen heimgesucht, die sowohl sein Geh- als auch sein Sprachvermögen stark beeinträchtigten. Bereits im Krankenbett bat Herr Wöhrle um sein geliebtes Akkordeon. In seiner bewegenden Geschichte erzählte er davon, wie er das Instrument quasi neu erlernen musste. Mit dem Fortschritt kamen jedoch auch die Erinnerungen zurück in die Finger und somit letztendlich auch in seinen ganzen Körper. Diese Art des Trainings der Feinmotorik wurde letztendlich auch von seinen Ärzten als Schlüssel zum Erfolg seiner Heilung gewertet. Herr Wöhrle ging aufrecht mit seinem Akkordeon in den Saal, erzählte seine Geschichte und spielte während der Beratung der Jury viele Stücke auf seinem Roland V-Accordion. Er möchte mit seiner Geschichte Vorbild für andere ähnlich Betroffene sein und bekam sehr viel Applaus. |

 Irish accordionist Amanda Robinson has released her first DVD, made by Linton Film Productions. Filmed in Northern Ireland and Scotland, the DVD features Amanda playing Irish and Scottish dance tunes and makes very effective visual use of beautiful countryside and coastal locations. The 17 tracks include jigs and reels, and tunes such as ‘Dark Island’, ‘Long way to Tipperary’, ‘Phil the Fluter’s Ball’, ‘Green Glens of Antrim’, and many more.  Jean Louis Noton was the guest of honor at an accordion concert held on September 4th in Montaigu, a small village in central Belgium and a well known place of pilgrimage. Montaigu, has also become the center of the accordion in Belgium since Patrick Janssens, master of the instrument and excellent accordionist, opened his ‘Accordion Workshop’ ten years ago. To celebrate the opening of its new store, Patrick had organized an ‘Open Day’, with Jean Louis Noton as guest and hundreds of visitors enjoyed the evening buffet with the wonderful music of Jean Louis Noton. |

 Four accordions were stolen on the evening of Sunday July 18th from the retailer Music Junction, 204 Camberwell Rd, Hawthorn East, Victoria, AustraliaThe thieves targeted 4 top line Scandalli accordions and nothing else, so it seems that they knew exactly what they wanted and understood the value of the instruments. The accordions that were stolen were as follows: Scandalli Super VI - new Scandalli Super L - new Scandalli Air III - new Scandalli Super VI - Vintage second hand model.
