 The 2023 Youth Camp Mittelland will be held at the Group holiday home Bruder Klaus in Lungern, Switzerland from April 10th to 15th, 2023 organised by accordeon.chThe camp is for children aged 10 and under and will include a week full of music, games and fun! “In smaller level groups as well as in the large camp orchestra children will discover exciting pieces of music, learn a lot of new things and enjoy being together with other children”.   Die NZAA-Südpazifik-Akkordeonmeisterschaften und das Festival (NZAA South Pacific Accordion Championships & Festival) 2023 werden am 3. und 4. Juni 2023 im Stadtgebiet von Auckland an einem noch zu bestimmenden Ort stattfinden.Die Präsidentin der NZAA, Sonja Palinich, heißt alle Teilnehmer zu dieser Veranstaltung willkommen, die Wettbewerbern und Festivalteilnehmern aus der ganzen Welt offensteht und eine Vielzahl von Altersklassen für Solisten, Duos, Trios, Ensembles und Orchester bietet. Die Regeln für die internationalen Solokategorien lehnen sich eng an die Regeln des Coupe Mondiale an. Die internationale Konzertmusikkategorie des Südpazifiks hat genau die gleichen Regeln wie die Kategorie Coupe Mondiale Masters und die Kategorie South Pacific Entertainment hat genau die gleichen Regeln wie die Kategorie Coupe Mondiale Virtuoso Entertainment. Gleiches gilt für die Kategorie Junior (unter 18 Jahren) South Pacific Entertainment.  Tickets are now on sale for the 2023 Sidmouth Folk Festival, which will be held in Sidmouth, Devon, England, UK, from August 4th to 11th, 2023.The festival includes a variety of concerts, ceilidhs, folk dances, a colourful array of dance displays, storytelling, a Children’s Festival, youth sessions, workshops and more. Performers booked so far include Skerryvore, Talisk (picture left), Le Vent du Nord, and Good Habits. The 2023 event will again include a pre-concert on August 3rd featuring “Fisherman’s Friends” - accordionist Jason Nicholas (picture below).   Bereits zum siebenten Mal organisierte Slaviša Perić ein internationales Akkordeonfest in Graz. Es ist das Ziel des Direktors des Festivals, jedes Jahr KünstlerInnen, PädagogInnen, KandidatInnen aus verschiedenen Ländern zum friedlichen Wettstreit mit umfangreichem Meinungsaustausch zusammen zu bringen. Die positive Entwicklung der letzten Jahre gibt ihm dabei in seinem Wirken Recht. Junge Talente werden dadurch entdeckt und gefördert und das Akkordeon wird einer breiteren Öffentlichkeit bekannter gemacht. Selbst die Grazer Bürgermeisterin Elke Kahr beehrte das Festival durch ihre Anwesenheit. TeilnehmerInnen aus insgesamt sechs Ländern (Österreich, Slowakei, Kroatien, Ungarn, Rumänien, Bosnien und Herzegowina) zeigten in 13 Kategorien (Klassisches Akkordeon, Akkordeon mit Kammermusik sowie Virtuose Unterhaltungsmusik) ihr beachtliches Können. Dordje Peric (Bosnien und Herzegowina) spielte seine Routine bei internationalen Wettbewerben aus und erreichte das Punktemaximum von 100 Punkten. Aber auch Peter Sokol, Sara Sokolova (beide Slowakei), Marko Susac, Vladimir Stojanovic (beide Bosnien und Herzegowina), das kroatische Akkordeonquintett der Künstlerschule Porec sowie der Österreicher Marko Miletic standen ihm nicht viel nach. Die Jury bildeten Herbert Scheibenreif (Österreich), Ana Štepin Zagoranski (Kroatien), Aleksandar Stojanovic (Bosnien und Herzegowina), Maria Budzakova (Slowakei) und Slaviša Perić (Bosnien und Herzegowina). |

 The 2023 Diatonic Accordion Course will be held on Réunion Island from March 12th to 18th, 2023.The course will include three sections: singing, percussion and diatonic accordion with the objective to understand the instrument rhythm and accents, to be able to play and accompany a piece of traditional music. Auf der Convention werden 2023 Versionen amerikanischer Musik präsentiert, die als heutige Musik vermarktet werden können. Die Musik ist eine Kombination aus zeitgenössischer amerikanischer Musik, die von Einwanderern aus den USA stammt, die ihre musikalischen Werte und Traditionen mitbrachten, als sie sich dem großen amerikanischen Schmelztiegel anschlossen.
