 Accordionist and music teacher Rachel Bell from Pennsylvania has organised an Online Bal Folk Party for Sunday March 22nd at 7pm. She will perform with Becky Tracy (violin). They will play tunes for a variety of dance types, and will give brief reminders of the steps.Bal folk is European folk dancing (largely from Central France and Brittany) that's very popular across a wide demographic.
