Super Orchester Tag, Ripley - Großbritannienby Alison Worthington |

| Frage: Was machen 75 Akkordeonspieler an einem regnerischen Sonntag in Großbritannien? Antwort: Treffen Sie sich in der Dorfhalle in Ripley, Großbritannien, um am Super Orchestra Day 2018 teilzunehmen, der von Julie North organisiert und von lan Watson geleitet wird. Die erste zweistündige Probe begann um 11 Uhr, um die 3 Stücke zu bearbeiten, die für den Tag ausgewählt wurden, bevor sie eine Mittagspause einlegen konnten. Die Nachmittagsprobe fügte die Percussion hinzu. Das Orchester hatte die Gelegenheit zwei Stücke zu spielen und uraufzuführen, die Ian Watson eigens für den Tag komponierte. "Song words" für die Watford Akkordeon Band und "One Tango" für das Tillingbourne Akkordeon Orchester. Auch im Programm 'One' von The Chorus Line enthalten. Zum zweiten Mal gab es bei diesem Event ein Jugendorchester von 5 Spielern. Die jüngste Spielerin war 5 und spielte das erste Mal Akkordeon. Sie spielten zwei Stücke am Abend Konzert, Essstäbchen und Crooked Crochets. Um 17.30 Uhr begann das Konzert mit der Watford Accordion Band unter der Leitung von Shona Holmes, die "Three Roses" von Götz und "Free World Fantasy" von Jacob de Haan aufführten. Tillingbourne Orchester spielte dann Finlandia unter der Leitung von Marion Szuman. Das Jugendorchester spielte ihre Stücke, und dann kam das London Intermediate Accordion Orchestra mit Watkins's Ale, Movement 1 der kleinen keltischen Symphonie und ultimo tango unter der Leitung von Julie North. Das Finale des Konzerts war das Mass Orchestra, dessen Stücke vom Publikum gut aufgenommen wurden. Ein schöner Indoor-Tag mit Musik, Spaß und Freunden, während der Regen weiter fiel. Super Orchestra 2019 wird am 27. Oktober sein, also buche das jetzt in deinem Tagebuch! Ein Tag, den man nicht missen sollte. |

 Der Akkordeonist Raul Barboza, geboren 1938 in Buenos Aires, Argentinien, feiert am Donnerstag, den 25. Oktober um 20 Uhr seinen 80. Geburtstag in Pan Piper, 2-4 Impasse Lamier, 75011 Paris. Der Abend bietet Beiträge von zahlreichen Akkordeonisten und anderen Musikern, wie auf dem Poster aufgelistet.Raul Barboza ist einer der am meisten bewunderten Vertreter der Chamamé, ein Volksstil aus Argentinien. Er hat diese Art von Musik auf der ganzen Welt aufgeführt und ist 1987 nach Paris gezogen, wo er bis heute lebt. Zu seinen Leistungen zählen die Aufnahme von 30 Alben, Mitwirkung in neun Filmen und die mehrfache Auszeichnung seiner Musik in Frankreich und Argentinien. |

Choral und Variationen '; JS Bach - 'Choralvorspiel BWV639' Ich ruf 'zu dir, Herr Jesu Christus' '; Viktor Wlassow - "Fünf Ansichten über den Staat Gulay"; Franck Angelis - "Interieur"; Viatcheslav Semionov - "Don Rhapsodie, Nr. 2: II, zweiter Satz"; Sarasate - 'Einführung und Tarantella, Op. 43 '. Nach Abschluss seines Studiums an der Kragujevac Musikschule in Serbien bei Vojin Vasovic wechselte Miloš Milivojevic 2002 nach London, um an der Royal Academy of Music bei Owen Murray zu studieren, wo er im Juli 2009 das Postgraduate Diploma erhielt und mit Dip RAM ausgezeichnet wurde. Im Juli 2007 gewann er als erster Akkordeonist den RAM Club Prize an der Royal Academy of Music. Er ist Preisträger bei internationalen Wettbewerben in Deutschland, Frankreich, Italien und Dänemark.  News site Breitbart reported: A new lawsuit filing alleges that Facebook purposefully inflated the time spent watching videos on its platform by 150 percent to 900 percent to mislead advertisers and inflate advertising rates.Jason Kint, chief executive of Digital Content Next, a trade organization that represents online publishers, commented on the latest lawsuit brought against Facebook: “Facebook needs to lead with consumer transparency to get past this. | Recording from Michael Bridge's 2018 solo album, "Overture" available online. Michael Bridge writes: All sounds are performed live on Digital Accordion, without background music. This piece uses the digital accordion's ability to produce sounds that are sensitive to both swell (bellows) and finger velocity (percussion). Thus, a single performer can control a huge number of instrument sounds by assigning each one to a different section of the instrument. All percussion sounds are played with the left hand, and three chin switches facilitate turning various sounds on and off. Over 50 customized sound settings are used throughout this work. |

 On Saturday October 20th, 7.30pm, the Craven Accordion Orchestra (MD Harry Hinchcliffe) performs in concert at the Rendezvous Hotel, Skipton, West Yorkshire BD23 2TA. Founded in 1995 by accordion teacher Harry Hinchcliffe, the Craven Accordion Orchestra has competed often in NAO regional and national competitions, performs frequently in concerts, has recorded two CDs and performed on local radio. Performing with Craven Accordion Orchestra is the well known London Accordion Orchestra (LAO) conducted by Ian Watson who have travelled extensively on the continent and also in the UK.  Irish 2-row diatonic button accordionist Sharon Shannon this weekend begins a concert tour of Germany, finishing with a date in Bern, Switzerland.Sharon Shannon, from County Clare in Ireland, also plays the fiddle, tin whistle and melodeon. Her self-titled debut album, in 1991, ‘Sharon Shannon’ was the best-selling album of traditional Irish music ever released in Ireland. She has a particular appeal for younger audiences and has toured sell-out concerts in the USA, Australia, Europe, Hong Kong, and Japan. Beginning with Irish folk music, her work demonstrates a wide-ranging number of musical influences such as reggae, Cajun, French Canadian and Portuguese music. She won the lifetime achievement award at the 2009 Meteor Awards. | On Sunday October 21st, 5pm, the popular Belgian accordionist Erika, known as ‘The Princess of the Accordion’ and her keyboard accompanist Jean-Marie Hembersin, play for dancing in Renwez, northern France. On Sunday October 28th, 3pm, accordionists Erika and Andre Loppe play for dancing at Au Relais Des Amis, 17b Rue Riverre, Floreffe, Belgium. Erika Honorez is from Tilly, a village close to Villers La Ville in Belgium. She comes from a musical family, and received her first accordion at the age of 5 years. Erika's teacher was Mr Franz Lebrun from the Brussels Conservatory, and she studied the theory of music and classical music, and then specialized in the musette genre. Since 1981 Erika has been performing, composing, and recording. She has appeared on radio and TV in Belgium and France. Erika has recorded many CDs and DVDs, which are available through her website.
