 El Dúo Moldo, que incluye al acordeonista Radu Ratoi (Moldavia), actuará en las celebraciones del Día Nacional de Rumanía que tendrán lugar en el Teatro Skive de Skive, Dinamarca, el 3 de diciembre de 2022 a las 10 de la mañana, organizadas por la Asociación Cultural Rumano-Danesa de Skive.El evento incluirá diversas actividades para niños y adultos, como animales con globos, degustación de vinos, productos elaborados por empresarios rumanos, entretenimiento y música. Poco antes de cumplir 94 años, Marie Evelyn Jones falleció en el Lady Allum Care Suites. Tras haber sufrido recientemente Covid, una pierna rota y dos derrames cerebrales, ahora está en paz. Hubo una cremación privada, y una celebración de la vida celebrada el 13 de noviembre, para honrar una vida dedicada al acordeón y a la familia, que fue larga y bien vivida. Marie Jones era la muy querida madre de los acordeonistas Harley Jones, Maurice Jones y Heather Masefield y la amada abuela de Amber Masefield, Grayson Masefield y Alanah Jones. Le sobrevive su hermana Nita Rotherham, la última de sus 6 hermanos. Vivir en el número 4 de la avenida O'Neills, Accordion House Importer/Retailer, importador/minorista de acordeones, durante casi 60 años, significaba que diariamente había muchas llamadas telefónicas y visitantes que venían a ver primero a su marido Allan Jones y luego, después de 1980, a su hijo Maurice Jones, que importaba acordeones para el mercado australiano en estos locales. En octubre de 2003, Marie Jones fue la primera persona a la que se le concedió el premio Amigo de Honor del Acordeón de la Confédération Internationale des Accordéonistes (CIA) en el Congreso de la CIA celebrado en Hungría por sus muchos años de contribución al acordeón en Nueva Zelanda, así como por su trabajo en los eventos internacionales celebrados en Nueva Zelanda. | A year before his death, in the fall of 1827, Schubert completed "Winterreise" as a song cycle based on texts by Wilhelm Muller. "They criticised me more than for any other song" said the composer of his work. True to the notes, without arrangements, Schubert's scores sound 1:1 on the accordion and enable the listener to experience the work he is familiar with in a completely new timbre, a dynamic spectrum previously unknown. The accordion, with its complexity and ability to "sing" offers an incomparable attraction to accompany Schubert's songs. In addition to performances at all major opera houses worldwide, Bo Skovhus dedicates a large part of his time to singing lieder. As the top interpreter of his generation, he is regularly invited to all the major festivals and music centers in the world. Nikola Djoric, accordionist born in Bor (Serbia) and living in Vienna, is considered one of the most talented in his field in Austria. Not least, thanks to his great musical devotion on stage, he has already been described as a “poet of the accordion”. His successful striving is to present new and hitherto unknown tones in works by Bach, Beethoven, Schubert, Mozart and Tchaikovsky with the sound spectrum of the accordion. |

 Renzo Ruggieri (concert accordionist, composer, teacher of jazz and modern accordion) released a podcast this week.Renzo says: “I've been thinking a lot about how to start this podcast. Talking about yourself is always dangerous. However, I am convinced that it was necessary to do so in order to understand the reasons for this initiative….my artistic activity follows 3 distinct paths: Performer, Composer, Teacher. After all, audio without images does not differ from a photo without color, in black and white. Today's society offers too much of everything and the contemporary artist cannot fail to be influenced by it. His poetics is enriched daily with stimuli at the expense of deepening. He finds himself continually creating new and varied projects. Here... this podcast wants to tell my music by describing the different projects and the choices that generated them. The song I chose in the background for this podcast is called “La Letter” and it's part of a very important record for me: Opera." |

The trio will create the atmosphere of a Parisian Salon in the early 1900s, with “their eclectic musical tastes coming together in a smorgasbord of wild dances, haunting melodies, operatic passion with a dash of gypsy thrown in.” “They will take you on a journey to a bohemian French cabaret. Curso de dirección: por Stefan Hippe (Alemania). Clase magistral de solistas: a cargo de Fanny Vicens (Francia/Suiza). Ian Watson (foto de arriba) impartirá un curso avanzado de orquesta con el tema "Drama".   El "Crucero del Acordeón" de 2023 a bordo del "Baltic Princess" (en la foto de arriba) tendrá lugar los días 25 y 26 de marzo de 2023 organizado por la Asociación Finlandesa del Acordeón Suomen Harmonikkaliitto (SHL).El crucero, con capacidad para unos 2.000 pasajeros, "está reservado íntegramente a los acordeonistas y es como un enorme paraíso musical del acordeón durante casi 24 horas", partirá de Turku el 25 de marzo de 2023 a las 18.30 horas y viajará a Kapellskär antes de regresar a Turku a las 16.30 horas del 26 de marzo de 2023. A lo largo del viaje se ofrecerá una variedad de entretenimiento con acordeón en los lugares de actuación y en los pasillos del barco.
