 Auckland accordion group “Ave Accordeon” (picture left) were invited to entertain at the "New and Unforgotten" Russian Gala Concert on September 7th at the Rose Centre in Belmont, Auckland.The group includes accordionists Lian Jones, Alanah Jones, Annabelle Ding, Eric Max plus Sean Max on saxophone. The festival, which was directed by Alexander Radchenko, included a variety of performances by folk groups, dance groups and instrumentalists. The following day, September 8th “Ave Accordeon” were guest performers at the Creative Keyboard Club in Browns Bay. Other performers at this event included the North Shore Music Makers Accordion Orchestra conducted by Renee Jeffries. |
