(DHV), one of the largest accordion associations in the world, wrote on the 17th March: "It is a very special honor to be part of today's celebration at Handharmonika-Club Nufringen. Conductor Günther Stoll has been a conductor for 50 years - a very rare anniversary, to which I congratulated him on behalf of the DHV together with Mayor Ingolf Welte. Thank you very much for the impressive concert." Our accordion world owes a tremendous amount to dedicated teachers like the highly regarded Günther Stoll who provides a lifetime of quality service to the accordion. For 50 years, Günther Stoll has been a professional accordion teacher, conducted weekly orchestra rehearsals, numerous concerts, prepared students for competitions, orchestra trips, and was selected for jury service at national and international accordion competitions and so much more ...... I want to salute my good friend Günther Stoll and all other accordion teachers of long service around the world, who give so much to the accordion through their devotion and professionalism.
