| Texas Folklife's 2017 Big Squeeze Champions were decided on 22nd April and are: Mason Nesvadba 20 Guy, TX - Polka Category Donovan Bourque 16 Beaumont, TX - Cajun/Zydeco Category Luis Gonzalez 21 Grand Prairie, TX - Conjunto Category Each winner was awarded a Hohner accordion, a cash prize, and will play at Texas Folklife's Accordion Kings & Queens concert June 3rd at Miller Outdoor Theatre in Houston, TX. |
