Important recognition for accordionist Salvatore Cauteruccio. The Jury Acep, Unemia and PJF, awarded the Marco Tamburini VI edition prize to Salvatore Cauteruccio as musician of the year 2019, with the following statement: artist with a high stylistic figure and great humanity. The Marco Tamburini prize is now in its sixth edition and is organized by the Peperoncino Jazz Festival (artistic director Sergio Gimigliano) in collaboration with Acep and Unemia. It is dedicated to the well-known trumpeter Marco Tamburini, a musician who has always been close to the Festival, and who died prematurely. Accordionist Salvatore Cauteruccio has performed numerous concerts in Italy, Brazil, Holland, Switzerland, Russia, England, Albania, Slovenia and Germany, collaborating with the likes of Geoff Westley, Mariella Nava, Anna Mazzamauro, Amedeo Minghi, Paolo Vallesi and many others. |
