| The Accordionists & Teachers Guild, International (ATG), President Joe Natoli invites all to celebrate their 80th Anniversary at the Doubletree Hotel, Los Angeles, California from August 5th to 9th, 2020. The event will feature concerts, competitions, workshops, exhibits, international guests, World Accordion Orchestra (conducted by Joan Sommers), 80th Anniversary Banquet and much more. Guest artists will include, Alexander Poeluev, Cory Pesaturo, Stas Venglevski, the Viennese Accordion Ensemble (Austria), Southern Cross Accordion Ensemble (Australia/New Zealand), Bavarian Youth Orchestra (Germany) and the Polyphonia Orchestra (Reunion Island - conducted by Pierre Varo and pictured below). The festival competition includes a variety of age group categories for soloists, duets, ensembles and orchestras. See the ATG website for competition rules, entry forms and closing dates. |
