  This year’s annual Shetland Accordion & Fiddle Festival takes place from Thursday October 11th to Monday October 15th at thirteen venues across the island of Shetland, situated off the north coast of Scotland. The extensive guest list includes accordionists Paul Capaldi, Matthew MacLennan, Shona MacFadyen, Ian Cruickshank, David Vernon, Nicol Mclaren, Jim Cleland, Sandy Nixon, Wullie Scott, Neil Galloway, Lindsay Weir, David Halcrow, Bruce Peebles, plus a host of bands, fiddlers, singers and other instrumentalists.
