  Vidéo : Sélection de morceaux de CobaCoba (photo à droite) jouera au concert de charité du 11 mars au Santory Hall à Tokyo (photo ci-dessus à gauche) sous l’égide de l’organisation culturelle du Japon et l’organisation de soutien au sport pour les enfants devenus orphelins après le tremblement de terre du 11 mars, Team Smile, et le conseil Engine 01 de stratégie culturelle. Coba joue chaque année à ce concert en mémoire du tremblement de terre et tsunami de 2011 survenu à Tohoku, au Japon. La salle, le Santory Hall est une des salles les plus prestigieuses de Tokyo pour la musique classique. Cependant ce concert comprendra une variété de genre musical allant du classique au rock, en passant par le jazz et la musique traditionnelle japonaise. Tous les musiciens font don de leur temps et talent. Coba offrira sa prestation en solo avant d’être rejoint par le ténor John Ken Nuzzo et l’orchestre symphonique avec lequel il jouera “Mambo Italiano” arrangé spécialement par Coba. |

La présentation virtuelle comprendra un diaporama, des vidéos, des prestations musicales Frank Busso, Sr., Joe Cerrito, Don Gerundo, Guy Klucevsek, Dan Mastroiani, Eddie Monteiro, Alexander Poeluev, Mario Tacca, Mary Tokarski, Frank Toscano, et la première mondiale d’un morceau composé pour Linda par le Dr. Robert Young McMahan.  Vidéo : Enregistrement fait maison du premier mouvement de le “l’Hiver” d’Antonio Vivaldi, par Ghenadie Rotari.Ghenadie Rotari donnera un concert en ligne intitulé “L’art de la retranscription pour accordéon : Bach, Haydn et Grieg” le 21 mars 2021 à 18h30 heure UTC+13. Ce concert comprendra de la musique originellement pas conçue pour être jouée à l’accordéon, entre autre car celui-ci n’existait pas à l’époque. Les possibilités de son de l’accordéon moderne permettent une retranscription convaincante de ces œuvres qui s’enrichissent par ce biais d’une palette colorée de timbres. | La Leavenworth International Accordion Celebration (LIAC) 2021 aura lieu du 17 au 20 juin 2021, sous l’égide de la Northwest Accordion Society. L’évènement cette année se déroulera dehors du fait du Covid-19. Le programme prévu à l’origine pour 2020 (puis déplacé à 2021) est maintenant reporté du 16 au 19 juin 2022. Cela comprend le programme de la Festhalle program, les stages et les activités de la Grange. Les changements pour 2021 incluent : • Les activités de la Festhalle activities seront annulées cette année. • Il y’aura beaucoup d’animations musicales au gazebo en plein air. • Il y’a un adorable jardin pour faire des boeufs et ateliers à l’extérieur. • Il est aussi prévu qu’il y’ait un évènement avec arbitrage pour les étudiants. Les organisateurs sont heureux d’avoir un super mais sure festival pour les accordéonistes et touristes cette année.  Trio Basarab gave a Balkan music concert at La casa de los cuentos in Barcelona, Spain on March 5th, 2021. The trio includes accordionist Anatol Eremciuc, Juan Carlos Buchan (double bass) and Albert Enkaminanko (percussion). They enjoy playing all styles of folk music such as klezmer, gipsy and Balkan. |

 On March 5th, 2021, a concert of the class of HG. Gnesin's assistant Semion Shmelkov, was held in the Shuvalovsky Lounge in Moscow, Russia.  The HVO - Harmonica Verband Osterreichs (Accordion Association of Austria), organisers of the Tag der Harmonika 2021 competition (Day of the Accordion), regret to announce that the event which was due to be held in Perg, Austria from 3rd to 6th June 2021 is cancelled due to Covid-19.They sincerely hope that they may be able to run the event later in the year, however this depends on the ever changing virus situation in the future. Hosts include accordionist Peter Wood and Ross McNaughton (bagpipes) who will be joined by guests Gary West and Douglas Montgomery. “Tunes in the Hoose” is an online community created to keep Scottish musicians playing together at a time when opportunities are uncertain. | Video: Filmed July 2020, at the Isabel Bader Centre for the Performing Arts in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Michael Bridge (accordion & piano) and Kornel Wolak (clarinet & piano) have created this elaborate fantasia, based on the popular Bulgarian folk tune, Gankino Horo.” The video is part of Bridge & Wolak's film "From Bach to Benny Goodman." The complete show was filmed in July 2020 at the Isabel Bader Centre for the Performing Arts in Kingston, Ontario. Without a live audience, Bridge & Wolak took the opportunity to film in typically-unseen locations around the hall, including an intimate backstage tour of The Isabel. The complete film is 1h 6m. Michael Bridge and Kornel Wolak are an internationally-acclaimed music & comedy duo, integrating traditional acoustic instruments with 21st century digital technology. They perform their own uniquely re-imagined repertoire of classical, world and jazz fusion.
