 Video 1 – 17 Years & Under Musette Solo: Brise Napolitaine – V Guerino & J PeyronninVideo 2 – Tango Solo (Senior): Libertango – A Piazzolla Video 3 – 17 Years & Under Solo – Test Piece: Czardas – F Fugazza Scottish accordionist India Smith recently qualified at the 2020 NAO (Scotland Area) Festival held in Grangemouth in March, to perform at the 2020 NAO UK Accordion Championships in Liverpool. Seventeen year old India, who has been competing at UK Championships since the age of seven, was left feeling rather disappointed when the 2020 UK event, organised by the National Accordion Organisation of the United Kingdom, was cancelled due to the coronavirus outbreak. Rather than remaining disappointed, India from Milton Bridge near Edinburgh, Scotland decided to record several videos, featuring the pieces she planned to perform in three different categories, and share them with Accordions Worldwide. This week we are publishing three videos and next week we will publish the remaining three videos. |
