47eme Concours International d'Accordéon, Klingenthal - Allemagneby Xenia Brunner |
 La 47ème édition du Concours d'Accordéon Klingenthal aura lieu du May7 e au 13 2010. À ce jour, l'Office a reçu 117 Organisation des entrées de 27 pays et particulièrement bien représenté cette année sont la Russie avec 18 demandes, 12 demandes en provenance de Chine, et l'Allemagne avec 12 inscriptions. Nouveau cette année est la classe VIII (groupes bandonéon). En outre, l'événement de cette année offrira à nouveau un programme sophistiqué et polyvalent. Le prélude est le concert traditionnel de printemps de l'orchestre municipal Klingenthal le 7 mai à l'auditorium Amtsberg. Le concert d'ouverture aura lieu pour la dernière fois au Théâtre Royal Albert à Bad Elster. Dès l'an prochain à compter il y aura également un changement de calendrier. Le concours en 2011 va commencer un lundi et se terminera dimanche avec un concert du gagnant. Ce changement est fait pour permettre aux spectateurs d'écouter les séries intéressantes deuxième et la finale de la catégorie IV au cours d'un long week-end, du vendredi au dimanche. Le concours aura lieu à Gliersaal et dans l'auditorium de la Amtsberg, et le jury international, présidé par le professeur Jürgen Ganzer, sera à nouveau composé de 16 membres. | 2010 Frankfurt Musikmesse Rapport de Francfort. L'international Musikmesse / Prolight and Sound a eu lieu du 24 au 27 Mars en présence de nombreux fabricants d'accordéon. Pendant quatre jours, la Foire de Francfort et du Centre des Congrès a été transformée en un spectacle produit gigantesque. La Musikmesse 2.340 exposants rapports, 62 pour cent d'entre eux de l'extérieur de l'Allemagne, et près de 110.000 visiteurs de 128 pays qui ont dépassé leurs attentes. Un total de plus de 1.000 événements sont au programme: concerts, séances de dédicaces, des ateliers et des présentations spéciales. artistes exceptionnels et des personnalités connues du monde de l'accordéon, on voyait sur les stands d'exposition et l'événement étapes chaque jour. | Le lundi 22 Mars la salle Mozart de l'Auditorium de Saragosse a accueilli la première mondiale de la pièce pour orchestre symphonique, «Notre princesse est dans un autre château, par le jeune compositeur espagnol Oscar Piniella. La nouveauté de ce travail a été instrumental dans la section: un ensemble d'accordéon est inclus. Pour ce concert spécial dans la salle, l'orchestre a été complétée par cinq étudiants d'accordéon du Conservatoire Supérieur de Musique de l'Aragon, à Saragosse (www.csma.es), qui étaient tous des étudiants de Angel Luis Castaño. Le CSMA Symphonic Orchestra a été réalisée par Juan Luis Martínez. Le compositeur dit dans la presse quotidienne régionale, «Ma musique est un grand orchestre, y compris un ensemble d'accordéon. Je pense qu'il est très agréable à écouter l'accordéon entre les cordes." Les accordéonistes ont été Daniel Pérez (Cuenca), Xabier Olazábal, Adrian Lopez et Fernando Salinas (Pampelune), et Otavio de Assis (Brésil).  le jeune lituanien Augustinas Rakauskas (à peine 17 ans), élève de Grazina Lukosiene (President of Kaunas Association and Professor at the « J. Gruodis » conservatory de Kaunas) vient de se faire remarquer une nouvelle fois lors de la célèbre émission « 2 minutes of Glory » à la télévision national Lituanienne. Augustinas avait brillamment réussit le Casting de cette émission en janvier dernier avec une magistrale interprétation de l'arrangement de l'Hiver de Vivaldi. Il s'était ensuite imposé le mois dernier avec le célèbre « Figaro » de Rossini qui le catapultait directement en demi-finale avec l'unanimité du jury et du public. Dimanche dernier, c'est un véritable coup de maître qu'Augustinas réalise en interprétant la très difficile pièce française « La Tempête » d'André Astier,en arrivant 1er de la sélection pour la finale avec une note maximale de l'ensemble des jurys et 4566 votes du Public, contre 2600 pour le candidat accédant à la deuxième place. Une victoire écrasante pour l'Accordéon mais également pour Augustinas qui prépare dors et déjà la finale qui aura lieu en mai prochain, avec les conseils avertis de son tuteur Frédéric Deschamps, qui suit régulièrement le jeune artiste en lui donnant quels conseils techniques, musicaux et scénique par Skype (internet).  Accordéoniste Paul Chamberlain est le lauréat du «Prix du Gouverneur Considérant" à la Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama de Glasgow, en Écosse. Il est le premier cycle d'étudier d'abord l'accordéon classique à l'RSAMD depuis qu'il a été accepté dans le département de clavier en 2008 et c'est une grande réussite d'avoir gagné cette compétition majeure contre 12 pianistes. En Février, Paul Chamberlain a également obtenu la 2ème place dans le «Tony et Tania Webster prix", qui a été à l'exécution du répertoire russe rares. Actuellement dans sa troisième année d'études de premier cycle sous la tutelle de Djordje Gajic, Paul a été effectivement accroître la visibilité de l'accordéon. |

| Performances of ‘Christus Oratorio’, composed and conducted by Olexiy Suslov, took place in Wroclaw and in Pawlowice, near Wroclaw. The composition was performed by the Sinaxis Choir, Wroclaw Private Music School S-ART Orchestra ‘Harmonica’, and the soprano Anna Wilczynska. The first concert was organized by the St. Peter and Paul Orthodox Association. His Excellency Archbishop Marian Golebiewski, Roman-Catholic Metropolitan of Wroclaw, and His Excellency Jeremiah, The Orthodox Archbishop of Wroclaw and Szczecin, both took patronage over this concert. The ‘Christus Oratorio’ was performed for the second time in Pawlowice (nearby Wroclaw) by the same group of musicians. The audience were delighted with the combination of breathtaking music and astonishing architecture of Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Science. All present were moved by the performance of masterpiece of music. |

Le Jeudi 25 mars et Vendredi 26 mars dernier c'est déroulé le Grand Prix International de piano et d'accordéon de Montrond Les Bains(42). Ce concours regroupait plus de 85 participants de 24 nationalités différentes venant des meilleures écoles au Monde. Maryll Abbas(20ans) ancienne élève de L'EMCR a obtenu un 1er prix 3ème nommé dans la catégorie Accordéon Variété, son professeur Camille Privat (24ans) qui participé également au concours a obtenu le 1er Prix 1ère nommé dans la catégorie Grand Prix de Concert Classique. D’autre part, le TEAM DESCHAMPS qui participait pour la première fois a ce concours international unique en France, était en Grande Forme.  Vivant! members Julie Silfverberg, Dee Sligar and Karen Fremar presented a workshop for the Federated Teachers of Music and Fine Arts of the Greater Kansas City Area on March 23rd. Vivanter! presented several numbers to illustrate what music is possible on the accordion and explained the theoretical basis of the bass mechanism. In discussing the history of the accordion and its development, they demonstrated the Cheng and opened up a 120-bass instrument to show the inner workings of the instrument. Then the real fun began, when five teachers were selected to put on 12-bass instruments and learn what it really feels like to play an accordion. These five esteemed piano instructors quickly dissolved into being like kids in a candy store. All at the workshop recognized how easy it would be to transfer the knowledge their piano students already have to the piano keyboard of the accordion. After only some brief training, the teachers had mastered the 12-bass button board, and they were ready to perform a few numbers together. All enjoyed the experience and came away with new found appreciation of the accordion. They were even discussing where they might buy an accordion and planning a future performance for their banquet meeting in May!! | A pop rock band will represent Slovenia in this year's Eurovision Song Contest with ‘Narodno zabavni rok’, a tune combining accordion-pop music with rock rhythm. Ansambel Roka Zlindre & Kalamari won an overwhelming 15,907 votes in a televote, far ahead of the runner-up, who received only just over 3,500 calls in the finals of the national EMA 2010 contest. This was the first time ever for the Slovenian Eurovision Song contestant to be selected only by the audience, rather than by a judging panel or a vote combining the two. Hosted by the public broadcaster TV Slovenija at the Ljubljana fairground Gospodarsko razstavisce, Sunday's contest featured 14 bands and singers. The Slovenian contestant will attempt to win a place in the May 29th finals of the Eurovision Song Contest in Oslo at the semi-final on May 27th. |

 The 2010 AATA Australian International Accordion Championships and Festival is approaching and promising to be, once again, an exciting and fun event. This festival, organised by the Australian Accordion Teachers Association will be held on June 12th and 13th. Competition entries close on May 1st and entrants from all over the world are welcome. You can make your entry online. Traditionally, the most popular part of the event is the annual Gala Concert which will be held on June 13th at 2pm at the Auditorium of Club Marconi, which is a superb professional concert venue with excellent lighting and sound. The guest artistes will include John MacDonald, Nerida Farmer, John Cave, FUNKORDION, and the Accordigles Accordion Ensembles.
