The “Swap Shop” cost is part of the NAA Convention fees. Registered Conventioneers can display their extra accordions for sale or trade to other conventioneers. The general public is invited to the dealer's area, including the Swap Shop.
The Swap Shop will be open starting Thursday after noon in the Rosemont room. Again this year, the shop is for registered members to display for sale their extra instruments. Items displayed for sale in the shop are sold “AS IS”, and they are displayed at the owners risk with no warranties of ANY KIND. It is a service to members and we will be asking members to help monitor the room. The room will be open Thursday afternoon till about 5:30 or 6:00pm, Check the door for exact times. All day Friday and Saturday starting around 8:30 or 9:00am. The Shop will not be open during the evening festivities (Polka dance and Evening concert) Displayed accordions will need to be picked up by the owners before 10:00pm on Saturday evening. For owners convenience we will open the room for pick up starting around 9pm on Sat night.
Note: The swap shop is not intended to compete with Commercial Dealers. Accordions or other items are sold or traded “AS IS” and the NAA assumes no responsibility for condition or performance.

This is an “open letter” to all users past and Present of the Swap Shop.
In order to provide the best chance of being able to sell or trade something, we want to keep it open as much as possible, BUT ! it must to be manned by Member Volunteers.
