Houston offers an informal format:
* Each accordionist plays 3 songs...solo or duet, or combo.
* Every meeting includes an awesome jam session.
* Fun encouraged - talking and eating is allowed during the music, etc.
The Houston Accordion Association has met continuously in Houston, Texas since 1990.
We meet twice a month, every month, on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays, at 6:30 pm, at two locations in Houston, Texas.
The Houston Accordion Association welcomes accordionists of all styles and abilities and accordion enthusiasts equally. Other musicians are welcome to participate during our jam session, or if an accordionist invites them to accompany.
No admission charge, no dues.
