The Monarch Accordion Company was founded in Denver, CO  in 1946.  In 1976 it was purchased by professional accordionist Mike Aman.  Mr. Aman has spent 40 years in the accordion field as a teacher, professional player and businessman.  His virtuoso accordion orchestras have won first place at every major competition including American Accordionists' Association, Accordion Teachers' Guild, Accordion Federation North America, and Rocky Mountain Accordion Society. In 1984 he produced a national solo champion. Mr. Aman makes regular trips to Monarch's factory in Italy to stay on top of the changing needs of the American accordion market.

Monarch is a family owned and operated business that has thrived by selling only the finest accordions, providing the best warranty and service in the industry, and always at prices well below the competition.

Monarch Accordions is closely associated with Young Musicians of America, a non-profit music school based in Denver and Colorado Springs, specializing in accordion instruction.

It's finally here! A compact, beautifully balanced accordion, a silent fast action on both treble and bass. The quality of the reeds in this instrument make it stand out from the competition! With 64 factory presets ready to play when using any general MIDI module, these unique accordions do it all. Most MIDI accordions have 8 or fewer presets. The Monarch MIDIs have 16,000 programmable banks, each capable of programming up to 128 individual sounds.. Most electronic accordions have just 128 programmable banks. These models each come with state-of-the-art MIDI electronics (all four have identical electronics), but can of course be played without any of the sophisticated electronics, if desired. These remarkable state-of-the-art instruments will provide you with decades of service.

Each comes complete with volume pedal and 4 programmable foot switches (11 functions each including, octave up or down, Leslie, sustain, treble switching, and more). The units incorporate the best amplification available for both treble and bass reeds. The bass reed amplification is especially good owing to the fact that the bass pickup is located inside the bass-side bellows, not outside like most competing models.

Four MIDI models are available, starting at $3995.00 For more information on Monarch MIDI Accordions, please e-mail us at: MAman55119@aol.com
