Evening of the Nations
No world music festival in Innsbruck without this highlight in
all rooms of the Kongresshaus. The 15 different nations are coming
together. And all of them want the same: enjoying together, keeping
in touch, making conversation and showing that music makes joy
and friends.
Supported
by the Unterhaltungsorchester Hohnerklang, the Landes-Akkordeon-Bigband
Hessen, the group Café Schmalz from Vienna, Anika &
friends as well as Global Kryner, the 9th World Music Festival
2007 was a great event, really a highlight of music-culture that
Innsbruck can be proud to host.
Organisation responsible for the conception and running this huge
event is Arnold Kutzli (picture left), Vice President of Deutscher
Harmonika-Verband e.V., supported by Heike Braun-Staufenberger
and Margit Steinhilber. They can be proud of the wonderful event
they have organised.
