Editors note:

This week I begin helping organise the timetabling and program of the New Zealand Accordion Championships - fitting over 400 entries into 3 venues over two days. They will be held on the weekend of May 30th and 31st. One week before this, the Australian Championships are held in Sydney, Australia. Both are a lot of fun as well as an excellent standard of competition, with competitors from China as well as Australia and New Zealand.
