| On November 2nd was the opening of the XXIX International Festival of Music for Accordion in St Petersburg. For each festival, Alexander Dmitriev (picture left above, opening the Festival) has been the main organizer and in 2013 with the assistance of Vitaly Pugachev (picture above right) and Maria Romanova. |

| The concert was in two parts played by the famous
ensemble, winners of 17 international competitions, named "Concertino" from Moldova. The first part of the concert was music composed by Astor Piazzolla and in the second part, popular music in different styles. |

| November 3rd was a concert featuring two completely different performers. First part of the concert was Viktor Novikov (Perm, Russia). He is a very popular accordionist / composer in Russia and almost every accordionist in Russia plays at least one piece by Novikov. |

| November 3rd - The second performer was Matthias Matzke. Young accordionist from Germany is multiple laureate of many World competitions. Among them are "Coupe Mondiale" (China), "Citta di Castelfidardo" (Italy) and just recently the Roland V-Accordion Festival. He represented for us intresting entertaiment program on acoustic and electronic accordion. |

| November 4 - Gala-concert! First part: participants many young players from Saint-Petersburg. All of them become winners and laureates of different competitions during the whole year. This year at the Gala played: Vladimir Stupnikov (prof. Alexander Dmitriev), Arkadiy Shkvorov (prof. Alexander Dmitriev), Chen Gun Yao (China, prof. Oleg Sharov), Vladislav Il'in (prof. Alexander Dmitriev), Alevtina Nikitina (prof. Oleg Sharov), Nikolay Ovchinnikov (prof. Vladimir Orlov), Duet - Stepan Armasar and David Miguel (prof. Alexander Dmitriev). |
