60th Anniversary, Pigini srl
 
The 60th Annivesary concert took place on the 11th October 2006 at the Auditorium dell'Instituto Musicale Pareggiato "G. Lettimi", Via Asili Baldini, 27, Rimini.

Concert host Claudio Jacomucci (Italy) and guest artist Viatcheslav Semionov (Russia). Viatcheslav Semionov, Francesca Pigini (Pigini Accordion Factory) and Harley Jones (Accordions Worldwide).
The concert began with a electronic midi elaboration by Nicola Sani. That was followed by Claudio Jacomucci (bayan) and Kathleen Delaney (dance) performing.


Audience applause for Claudio Jacomucci and Kathleen Delaney. After this performance, senior accordion students of the Music School were invited to perform. Luca Piovesan was introduced and performed two works. 1. Sonata in G (L129) by Domenico Scarlatti 2. Tarantella by Eugeny Derbenko.

Next to perform was the famous teacher, composer and performer from Russia, Viatcheslav Semionov. He had been taking master classes during the week in Rimini with these students performing on this concert and other students of the music school.
Semionov performed:
Pastorale by Cesar Franck
and his new work "Divertimento" which is in three movements, (1) Legend (2) Nostalgia (3) Journey, composed by Semionov in 2005.

A bow from Semionov and his performance began.  Intense concentration and beautiful music.

The concert concluded with very very long applause for the great master Viatcheslav Semionov. Presentation to Francesca Pigini by concert organiser Claudio Jacomucci, honoring the Pigini Accordion Factory.
