Here is something we don't have a chance to hear very often: the accordion used as a main instrument in a techno band! And you know what? it sounds good! This proves again that the accordion is an amazing instrument which blends in with any other instrument!

I personally am not a fan of techno music, but this CD I find interesting to listen to: it is some mix of jazz, reggae and techno, and certainly is not disturbing to listen to as some of the modern techno stuff is.

Coba is one of Japan's leading accordionists, but although the accordion is the main instrument, he uses it more as a source of different sound effects. I am sure after listening to it, you will find it new, unusual and different too.
