 Grayson
Masefield was born in Auckland, New Zealand on the 10th September 1987
to accordion playing parents Ian and Heather Masefield.
During 2006, Grayson went to France for seminars and some months of tuition with Frédéric Deschamps and for 2007 and 2008, he is now studying in France full time. Additionally, Grayson has been invited to perform in several European countries during 2007 and 2008. France, Spain, Germany, UK, Portugal. Competitions Experience
Grayson has now competed internationally in the Virtuoso Entertainment
and Classical categories. His successes include:2008 1st Place, Castelfidardo Category D Senior Classical 2008 1st Place, Trophée Mondiale Senior Varieté, picture of prize giving above right 2008 2nd Place, Trophée Mondiale Senior Classique 2007 3rd Place, Coupe Mondiale Piano Accordion Category 2007 3rd Place, Category D, Castelfidardo International Competitions 2007/8 1st Place, New Zealand and South Pacific Accordion Champion 2007/8 1st Place, National Accordion Organisation of the UK, International
