作为一名手风琴专业教师，她辛勤的耕耘在手风琴乐坛。她的学生在国内外的各项手风琴重大比赛中获奖。

出于对手风琴的热爱，2008年，她组建了中国国内第一支现代流行手风琴乐团。乐团成立至今已经举办了数场专场音乐会并在国内诸多大型艺术节中亮相，获得了一致好评。在2009年新西兰世界杯手风琴锦标赛中，她的学生万一钟获得了International Junior Virtuoso Entertainment组第三名。

作为一名组织者，她参与组织了在中国举办的许多国际、国内手风琴活动。尤其是在2006年“上海之春”国际手风琴艺术周之后，让更多的人记住了“Crystal Wang”这个名字。

As a professional accordion teacher for many years, Crystal Wang has always been diligently and consistently devoted to the field of accordion art.

In 2008, Crystal Wang set up the first pop modern accordion orchestra in China out of her passion for accordion music. Since the establishment of the Modern Accordion Orchestra from the Music College of Shanghai Normal University (SHNU), the orchestra has held quite a few concerts and many shows in various big events as well as well-known art festivals.

The Modern Accordion Orchestra now has achieved high student and audience popularity and also a reputation for innovative and excellent musicianship.

Crystal Wang Performs With Shanghai Symphony Orchestra conducted by Yu Long on 10th September 2017. The concert celebrating the 33rd Teachers' Day was held in the prestigious 1,300 seat Main Hall of the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra where Crystal Wang and the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra performed the ever popular Carnival of Venice (J. At the 2009 Coupe Mondiale World Accordion Championships (held in New Zealand), a student WAN Yizhong was placed 3rd in the Junior Virtuoso Entertainment category.

Internationally recognised as an excellent promoter and facilitator, she has played important roles in organizing many local and some major international accordion events in China, including the enormously successful 2006 Shanghai Spring International Accordion Festival.
