2011 Free Educational Video Downloads
The Confédération Mondiale de l'Accordéon (CMA) and MusicForAccordion.com announces the sponsoring of Free Educational Video Downloads.

The performances of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize winners of each Trophée Mondial category will be online shortly for the educational benefit of accordion teachers and students.

The purpose is to enable accordion teachers and students to see the performances of the Trophée Mondial Laureates and assist the education of young accordionists around the world.

We thank Confédération Mondiale de l'Accordéon (CMA) and MusicForAccordion.com for their assistance in making this project possible.

SENIOR CLASSIQUE
Program
1st Round : The candidates must perform in the order of their choice:
- A Baroque work of their choice
- A Melodic work of their choice
- A Virtuostic work of their choice
Note :
- At least one of the parts melody or virtuosity must be original for accordion
- Duration of programme t:: 20 min
- Each 3 pieces will be marked individually by each member of the jury
- The order of interpretation of the 3 parts of the programme is the choice of the candidate

2nd Round : Each candidate must interpret one complete original work for accordion. duration: between 15 and 30 minute
Note :
- Indicative timing – no penalties will be imposed

- In this programme , the candidate will have to play a complete original work for accordion
3rd Round : A Free Programme of 20 mins min and 30 mins Max which must contain at least one piece original for the accordion and one polyphonic work.
Remarque :
- The polyphonic work can be either a transcription, or an original work for accordion

Only One round with a free choice Program to be performed with 15 minutes minimum and 20 minutes maximum.
This program must comprise at least one baroque work and at least one original work for accordion.

1 Round: Own Choice Program with maximum time limit of 8 mins to include at least two pieces of different style and character. The pieces chosen should be mainly original works for Diatonic accordion.
