Welcome to the 2012 Harbin Summer International Accordion Art Week, which is expected to be one of the largest pageants of international accordionists ever to come to China. In 2010, over 500 applications registered for this event with 28 competitors from outside China, from Russia, America, Serbia, England, France, etc. We are expecting an even greater success for 2012.

Wang Hongyu is the Vice-President of Media College of Harbin Normal University. The professor, master tutor and famous accordion player, educator, has been invited on consecutive visits to Russia, France and other international accordion competitions as a jury member some 10 times, and has the reputation and influence in accordion community to organise the major international accordion event.
