Notes for guidance.

    1. ALL candidates entered for Grade 6 practical must have passed Grade 5 (BCA Theory of Music) or a higher grade

    2. ALL candidates entered for Grade 7 & Grade 8 practical must have passed Grade 6 (BCA Theory of Music) or a higher grade.

    3. NO BCA Practical Certificate (Grade 6 upwards) will be issued unless the theory pre requisite has been fulfilled.

    4. The BCA will do its utmost to avoid dates inconvenient to candidates as specified by them, but cannot guarantee exact compliance with requests (see syllabus). Candidates must attach a letter stating when and why they are not able to attend on specific dates with this application form.

    5. Please complete the entry form in full, as the information requested is essential, and is also used to complete certificates, etc.

    6. All entries must be submitted to the BCA Secretariat not later than the Closing Date. Late entries, with the additional Late Entry Fee of £10.00, will be accepted up to ONE WEEK after the Closing Date.

    7. Re-Entry may only be made at the next session of examinations held by the Centre.
