PROPOSED ITINERARY
When the Festival Handbook is released it is difficult to know
the exact timetable. The following information is a guide
only. Mostly it will be accurate but as always it depends
upon the number of delegates and more importantly the
number of competitors who will be participating.
Wednesday 29th. September.
Registration, competitions, workshop, combined orchestra
meeting. Welcoming dinner.
Thursday 30th. September.
Solo age classes in the morning. Duets, trios and winners of
the composers competitions in the afternoon. Combined
Orchestra rehearsal after dinner break.
Friday 1st. October
National and Australasian Championships. This will be followed
by ensembles, bands and orchestra competitions.
Combined Orchestra rehearsal.
Gala Concert starting at 7.30 pm at the German Club.
Saturday 2nd October.
Congress of office bearers, teachers and interested parties.
Free time for others.
Presentation Dinner
Sunday 3rd. October.
Farewell till next year..

REGISTRATION
Registration at the Festival is not compulsory or essential. It does
work out more economical for the attendee and easier for the
organization of the Festival.
Attendance at the various functions can be booked separately.
Full details of costs can be found on the registration form included
in this booklet. Registration for an non orchestra member is $130.00
and $115.00 for an orchestra member.

Individual Costs on a casual basis.
