The City Council of Castelfidardo (Marche region, Italy), in collaboration with Castelfidardo Pro Loco Tourist Association, calls and organizes the PIF International Competition “Città di Castelfidardo” reserved for accordion soloists and groups, of classical music and other genres and a music festival featuring accordion.

The Castelfidardo Municipal Administration is led by Mayor Roberto Ascani, the Castelfidardo Pro Loco headed by Ruben Cittadini, and 2022 PIF Artistic Director Antonio Spaccarotella.

The Daily Reports of video and pictures start on Wednesday 5th October with the Opening Concert. There will be video of every Coupe Mondiale contestants performances and the concerts, provided by the CIA Video Archive and Education Project.

The 75th Coupe Mondiale will be held from 04 - 09 October 2022 in Zofingen, Switzerland, hosted by the CIA member accordeon.ch led by President: Yvonne Glur (President) and Switzerland CIA delegate Ruedi Marty.
